There are no Martian Manhunter hints except for Twitter. He also hinted Blue Beetle and Dr. Fate. :16Bit

If they made a dark Grimey Bad ass Barney the dinosaur comic. It'd totally read it, but I could see some people never being able to handle it no matter how diabolical barney is, If he looks like a giant plushie toy.



Just so you guys know I respect that you captain cold fans like him.

I didn't mean to start an MK vs DC war. I just meant most MK fans are playing the game to play it and don't care who the DLC characters are because we are fine with the initial roster. That is all I meant. :16Bit

it's not like they wouldn't give him a redesign, i've never seen babs with that symbol, those pincers, that parachute, and specially that forehead.

That background computer thing also had Penguin. He is a folder because he is in the background. Comic book covers have nothing to do with the game. The interview mentions? They mentioned a lot of things not in the game...:16Bit

Right, and do you know how many times Batgirl was mentioned? Do you know how many people asked for her?
Do you know how many people asked for Zod?
For scorpion.

I can count them on my hand. Most of them are in this thread.

It's not like he's wearing some clashing neon green, orange, black, red, and brown outfit. It's a damn parka, this is more ridiculously unappealing than a guy with a metal outfit with a class globe that encompasses his head? I've even given scenes of Cold being awesome and people have been like "eh, that scene would be cool if he didn't have that Parka". That's just dumb, if people wanna think like that then it's fine but I find it idiotic.

I already know I am one of them. It doesn't really matter though. There is/was no reason to believe Martian Manhunter would be in the roster or DLC. :16Bit

I was just using an extreme example so it's clearly visible what I was trying to say.

I don't think he's THAT bad.

But I'm not gonna say I can't see why people are auto-turned off before giving him a shot.

I hate to say this but that's so fucking minor it isn't funny and they hinted at a lot of characters not just MMH.

Ugh guys it's fairly simple. If MMH isn't in this pass he'll get an individual DLC release. I still don't believe fucking Lobo would get in as the "fan" service character over MMH. NRS isn't braindead. If it came down to that we all know who NRS would've chosen.

Morbid you're killing me here. ;_; Him being a founding JL member would've been it but meh. How everyone's acting about the DLC is turning me off of any character. Martian, Kryptonian, or....whatever species Scorpion is.

cuz they knew his ass would sell seperately.


If they DO do a second season and already planned on it.
Maybe they know they can garantee them DLC sales by saving best for last.

2. MMH is a fan voted character (could be 1 of 2)
3. MMH is part of the second season pass

Or he'll get an individual DLC release. Who knows. But I'm not going to fucking rage and ruin my enjoyment just because he might not be in this one.

They still all come from Batman and were characters created around Batman and to the story of Batman. Whether this game was made 15 years ago or now, these characters still come from Batman. Anyway, I never said we "shouldn't" get Batgirl. All I am saying is, they should have made the character base a little bit more even. Blackest Night is one of the best selling and most popular stories DC has EVER put out, yet we only get 2 Lanterns. That is my only concern. If I were a huge Capt Marvel fan, I am sure I would saying this about him and Black Adam.

To be honest, I am excited to see what Batgirl can do, as I am a huge Batman fan as well. Just more of a Lantern fan really.

then I said fuck it read some comics and suddenly I have huge respect for him. Actually can't wait to see his upcoming movie after that epic trailer.

Hes extremely popular and the logical thing is that popular people who get hinted are DLC.

But you're right. He was not guaranteed. Hes not guaranteed as much as Matter Eater Lad was not guaranteed.

But seriously, there is nothing we can do. This is already made and worked on. And, a lot of people are not happy, me included. If you watch their facebook its hilarious watching the guy to tell people to be respectful and to calm down.

What this will do, is hurt trust in the long term. There is not a chance in hell, I am assuming that popular good choices are being in NRS DLC.

They do more DLC after this? I ain't tagging along till its out. Same with MK10 or injustice 2 or MKvsDC2 or whatever they make.

Plus, some people have yet to buy a season pass. Will they after learning that a 7th batman character is in, a movie tie in, and an MK character? I doubt it. The choices are highly illogical and no one asked for them, except of course, a few people.
