Seriously, we needed more Lanterns. We get Hal Jordan and Sinestro, but wait, Batverse needs more characters, so lets give Batgirl a slot. Why not Atrocitus or Larfleeze? Hell, i'd even take Orange Lantern Lex Luthor as an alternate costume. Instead, we get Batgirl. I get it because the story is based around the Joker's doings and all that, but at the same time, the point most are missing is.......

This is a DC fighting game, not a Batman fighting game with random DC extras here and there. LBSH, no matter who the DLC is, SOMEONE is going to complain. However, I think most agree that less would be complaining if it had not been yet another Batverse character. Just my 2 cents.

Cause Batman has taken over this game. Batman, Nightwing, Harley, Joker, Bane, Batgirl, stages of Wayne Manor, Batcave, Gotham, Arkham Asylum, Jokers Asylum. He has more characters and stages in this game related to him by 2 or 3 times than most characters.

It amazes me that people are declaring Batgirl a wasted DLC slot already, without seeing any of her gameplay. Nightwing plays differently than Batman. Black Adam plays differently than Shazam. Sinestro plays differently than Green Lantern. I would expect that Batgirl will play differently from the characters before her, even if her costume has a bat logo on the chest.

The negative outcry isn't about how she would play, or about who she is in the first place (at least for the most part), it's about who she is not. People can't/don't want to apreciate what they are getting because it isn't what "they" asked for.

Frankly, I'm looking forward to her, and all the other proposed characters (even Scoprion), as it really isn't that serious.

uh 7 out of 28 hardly makes this a Batman fighter especially since Babs,Dick and Selina are carrying their own books.
