Going to make one today when I get home. I have a feeling Fire arrow is, because on full screen hit you can dash forward and hit your super for reset.
I'm pretty sure d3 and 223 are his only ones. Fire arrow isn't one though.
Dead on is one too. It has to hit an air opponent.
