Was the "Demo" a bad move?

I'm not retarded enough to complain about a free demo. Those who are need to have their online privileges revoked until they regain possession of their senses. Spoilt fucks.

Injustice has been a PR nightmare for NRS so far. Contrary to popular belief here on TYM, The demo was not well recieved by many people and certain communities. Don't you find it odd that a full retail version leaked two weeks before release date? Games normally don't leak that fast. Another coinsidence is that the copy that leaked is on the xbox360 platform, the platform that has/had the most pre orders. Someone at NRS/WB is very smart and is trying to correct the overwhelmingly bad perception the demo created.

Oh okay sorry, i thought you where making me look like i hated the demo, my bad, alot of things get mistranslated in text.

And yes i love this demo, havent stopped playing so many machanics and shit, it feels complely like a brand new of its kind, alot of people hate new "unfamiliar"

And to all the people that posted, really made me to see taht this game will do well, and 90% of internet (Not TYM obviosuly lol) are assholes haha

i was wondering why people where saying not another one of these threads but then i seen appear just below my thread "Anyone not buying Injustice after the Demo" yeah i see how the similar, so apologies, but just look at this as the anti-version of that thread

The demo was a thirst quencher for people who were already going to get the game. I don't see it swaying anyone who wasn't.

Honestly for me....
I came for the Bane, I stayed for the "YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"
Personally the demo was free, even at my own community it wasn't per se "well recieved" but even people who werent going to buy the game gave it a fair chance since it wouldn't cost them anything. I can't imagine anyone whom turns away from an amazing game simply because of a free beta demo that isn't even close to the finished product was going to stick with it anyways. We are going to be doing day 1 tourneys for sure, heck I even put a bounty on Injustice demo combo footage to get people even more into the game.

Plainly, if the demo offended anyone despite being free and obviously not the final build, then they are missing out and will stumble back in a month after the reviews and all are going crazy. They always do.

FGC pulled this shit with Skullgirls....

also fuck what they say..the demo wasn't bad...but if you watch Aris' video about it. He said not to play it too much because the final game will be very different.

The demo and full game felt pretty much the same. Just minor changes like damage nerf to WW, minor changes to Batman. But gameplay and everything felt similar.

Why would the demo feel different? They aren't revamping the gameplay system before launch -- just frames/damage/exploits etc.

To me the game feels fine as it is; but to each his own.

Yeah man I tore up the cyrax scene for a while. Got double bomb combos and I was resetting before it was cool. I'm personally going to be hitting up IJ and we are going to be doing a lot in PSL for the game. You should come back and join us for the day 1 tourneys and whatnot.

I will, since I'm still on there. I hope to run Raven and Killer Frost, since the leak actually made me feel good.

Btw... guys...why is the leak bad...when we pretty much knew who was going to be in the game? I'm happy to finally see Killer Frost in the game and I can't wait to make people rage quit with her.

I keep hearing about this "leak" but I havent seen anything about it in specific. Mind messaging me with the details when you have a chance?
