Yes, he initiated the fight, by throwing the first punch. He told them to pull over, got out of his car, walked to their car, and then proceeded to hit the teenager without even attempting to talk about it. There's absolutely no one to blame but the ADULT. The ADULT let his emotions take control over him instead of being the mature one. And despite all of this, if you think the ADULT was justified, how are the teens NOT justified in defending themselves? That's just terrible logic by any standards.

I'm probably the biggest gun advocate this board as ever seen. However, he started the confrontation and then got beat up. If anything, the two teens (if they were old enough to carry) had every right to use self defense if they are in a stand your ground state.

He had no right to approach and swing get his ass kicked and then grab a gun.

If they jumped him first, then he could have shot them. But since he was the instigator by throwing the first punch, he had no rights.

I hope he gets a slew of charges.
