Yes, he initiated the fight, by throwing the first punch. He told them to pull over, got out of his car, walked to their car, and then proceeded to hit the teenager without even attempting to talk about it. There's absolutely no one to blame but the ADULT. The ADULT let his emotions take control over him instead of being the mature one. And despite all of this, if you think the ADULT was justified, how are the teens NOT justified in defending themselves? That's just terrible logic by any standards.

I dread how future generations of kids and teens turn out to be now that kids are raised with no boundaries or rules and physical punishment is automatically labeled as child abuse. These punk kids gang up and do whatever they want and they need to get their asses beat until they learn some manners and a healthy respectful attitude towards other people and their surroundings.

One of the worst teen punks I knew ended up killing one of his friends by crashing his car when he came of age. His parents always gave him what he wanted and the guy had no manners what so ever. Even the dumbest kids can grow up to be decent adults however if their parents keep them in line before they end up ruining their own or someone else's life for good.
