Nope Grundy has fought with Superman.
Bane is more agile, smarter and can tear Grundy apart, since he's a zombie. Bane has no chance against Superman, though.
even if somehow bane can tear grundy appart, his body regenerates, and he sometimes is able to catch jay garrick (a flash) while fighting other heroes.

Flash doesn't need super strength. Flash can punch Superman at light-speed. Which is way more stronger than Superman's punches.
