Why'd dizzy go to being part of GGA and not AU? And I'd try out wanna-die, but I don't have the 15 bucks to change my gamer tag on xbox live.... that's sadly the only reason
Well Dizzy, Medina (and Maybe MOE) were AU but then GGA stole them after waving sum $$ in front of their eyes (which is just the saved $ from the $5 entry fees to get into GGA) and they switched over. This happens alot in the gaming industry btw. GGA will be paying for them to go to local tournaments but no majors that are outside of reasonable driving range. Thats what I understand at least. Hey ya know, I guess I don't blame them. It's a pretty good deal. I guess we all never really had a strong bond anyways, not strong enough for them to stay loyal I suppose and maintain good communication. Or maybe I was just a bad leader at the time. Who knows. I wanted to be on GGA also but they said I cant be because i am the leader of AU, even though I am ranked #2 in Chicago right now based on tournaments.
They want more teams to rise and I am here to fulfill that. I guess if $$ is that tight then I would understand why it would be nice to have venue fees paid for. GGA is a real cool arcade too. Plus they are a great group of guys who I try to hang out with once a week too.
This is a competition though and I will partake in light shit talking, as long as everyone knows not to take it serious and its really all just for fun. Kinda like the Sox/Cubs thing. But then again, people take that shit a little too seriious around here, so maybe a little lighter than that. I expect GGA to talk a liittle shit back to AU, I think it would be fun. That is why I am provoking. lol! GGA guys, u know I love ya, no homo..
Plus I know he chills with those guys every week and I guess they currently have alot more to offer than I do. I am just a fellow gamer with running this on my own dime. We are supposed to be getting 10k sponsor $$ hopefully before final round but they are out of AU for good. No coming back in my eyes. I must remember this is a Marathon, not a race.
