Street Fighter IV (when the game had unlockables, not that the full cast appears in the Super intro either), Mortal Kombat 9 if you count the story intro as the game's intro cinematic (which could very well be the intro we get here), MvC3, TTT2...

ArcSys is probably the only company that consistently at the very least hints at every single character in the game.
