WOW...this took a while to read through.

allow me to add my 3 cents

1) Nightwolf (AKA Tombstone) stock at an all time low. Despite being a dead character, small life has been breathed into to him by Big D only to be destroyed again by his character crisis. Will continue to drop until LOTF decides to make his triumphant return.

2) Skarlet Stock neutral. KH Skar has been showing consistent placings at tournaments with her and her placing on the tier list has slowly risen as people are starting to understand her potential. Will stay neutral until LOTF decides to make his triumphant return.

3) LOTF Stock at an all time low. While only competing in three majors (EVO 2011 [Top 32], and FR 2012 [Top 32], and MLG Raleigh [17th]) he has had consistent placings however has been hiding in a cave ever since. Will continue to drop slowly until he makes his triumphant return at FR 2013 in which his stock will then plumet into the depths of the ocean only to die a painful death.

Was thinking about going back to cage. I really don't want people to think I was that bad with Kabal. Buying a new controller and converter cause both of them suck right now and I'll be back in tip top shape. I already have a few people telling me use Cage for all your favored matchups, KL for Kabal and Kabal for anything that wins the MU 7-3 or worse. Prolly would use Kabal for Sonya, Cyrax, Jax, and Kenshi.
dude just play cage and kung lao. kung lao compliments all cage bad matchups.

I was talking about Jr going to Kung Lao not you for Kabal after EVO. I wasn't talking about you there. I'm not speaking on a high horse I am just tired of people trying to brush things under the rug. How is it my fault that we have only played 3 times total in tournament? Also I don't have any control on your adaptation skills. On top of that I don't have any sympathy for anyone who has a booming offline scene to learn every matchup while I have to find people to play me online. I can't even test shit I have to go to tournaments and get blown up to learn.

Also seeing as I adapt a lot faster than most players here I'm not sure how well that would go even in a long set. Unfortunately tournaments are not long sets.
dude 3 tourney plays is more than enough games lol

I want to hear my stock.
I'm primarily an online player.
Only had 45 minutes tops to get used to the timing.
Went 2-2 at first offline tournament.
However, my 2 wins were fraud wins.

I'm sorry if I disappointed anyone over my performance, I know I did terrible. I came to NEC ready to play, and I was doing well in casuals on Friday and Saturday, but unfortunately, this tournament was just not for me.

I got a text Saturday night. It was a family emergency, and I was far from home. My pool got pushed back on Sunday, and my mind was definitely not in it. Truthfully, I should have lost to Tetra. I played terrible. I command grabbed him, and he looked at me and said, "I cant jump out!" so I took that as an opportunity to win.

I'm home now, and my situation at home isn't as bad as I thought when I was in Philadelphia. I'll be at SCR, and I hope to see you all there.

A Frosty Faustings version of this will need to be made after that's done. And no, that's not just because I'll be there and will want to hear my stock.

...........but let us be sincere at this particular juncture of time and space, I will want to hear my stock.

yo i fucking love him but at one point it was like...

he jumped in on HAN and did a JIP, WHICH IN FACT did hit, but then JUMPED out and then proceeded to then again JUMP BACK IN and hit HAN and win with some BS like that loool
Ok. I have finally been baited to reply to explain the method behind my jumping 'madness'. And no, its not ONLY because I'm a frog. Though that does make it even more tempting.

A heart-felt thanks to those that had nice things to say about me/my gameplay - I really appreciate it. I've mained Ermac since the day the game came out, and as you all know he suffers in alot of matchups, but I love Ermac and I will main him forever. I hope I was able to provide some entertainment :)

Oh...and Pig of the Cunt...this is just an introductory FUCK YOU for you always shitting on me and everyone else, regardless of the context. But first, 2 points for those in the community that have not already made up their mind about me and my play style.

1. Do I jump alot? Yes. Would I jump that much if I was being properly anti aired? No. That's on Han, and on any player in this community that loses to me and allows me to jump in on them to take damage. Even so, jumping and landing 1 jip gives me 51%. That's the main reason why I do it so much, and I do it more in some matches than others...sometimes alot more. I mentioned this in my Ermac guide over on MKU, but I take it not many have seen that. After all, who am I right? Oh he knocked Master D out of Evo? He took out Han at NEC? Reo voted him best Ermac in the world after he took more matches off his kabal at T-13 than Ermac ever has? There must be some explanation for why k-frog won. Could it possibly be that he's...gasp...a good player?

2.Real Talk. The risk of someone catching an anti air when i jump in is balanced by the massive damage I get to take if they miss it - which people do. ALOT. Both commentators were surprised at how much damage I took with that kombo when I landed it on Han, and yes...it started with a jump in punch. Also, if you watch the match, if I HADN'T jumped after i cancelled that last B2 when I had Han in the corner in the last round of the last match, I would have eaten that ex rag doll he threw out and lost the match, and then fgts like Pig would have run to the forums/streams/podcasts and been like SEEE SEE SEEEEEE he jumps too much and that's why he lost SEEE SEEE SEEEE!!!!!!...oh wait. He did that anyways even though I won. Also, much of the damage I took from Han in that last round was a result of jumping at clutch times and escaping things that would have hit me or taken damage were I on the ground. Also, jumping fucks up kombos if you read a string is about to begin and do it as the kombo is starting. You can see that happen multiple times in my match with Han, and is one of the reasons I was able to avoid/he dropped some of his high damaging kombos.

Zaf, you told me Han didn't anti air properly so fuck outta here with your post. seriously. I love you too, but you're ridiculous sometimes with these posts that you never say to me. cut it out. That one time I jumped back again after I landed the jip was a mistake. I make those sometimes. Brothers in souls and country. fucking remember that, and thanks for the advice at NEC, it helped alot. Just be real man, it suits you better. Gossip is for women.

16 Bit - You deserved that pop off. Never done that in my life or ever felt the need to, and if there was ever anyone that deserved it or a situation that called for it...its you and that situation...and you damn well know it.

And finally... Pig - seriously, all I have to say to you is a big FUCK YOU. I have lost all respect for you, regardless of your skill level at this game. You have a shitty elitist attitude, and that attitude is one of the biggest reasons this community is so fragmented. You never give me any respect for anything when I deserve it, and you always talk down to other people in this community, not just me. I've heard it from ALOT of people, and I've had it with you and your nonsense. I beat an amazing player who was using a broken 1 touch and you're dead character...with Ermac...in one of the biggest comebacks of my life...on stream at one of the most stacked majors there has ever been with his team mate talking shit to me during my whole match. Suck my FUCKING balls with your misplaced and salty negativity about me, and why don't you run your mouth to my face instead of whining on forums about how I jump too much and trying to constantly downplay me, and others. Putting your ass on blast tonight for SURE. You think Bit got it bad...Grow the fuck up you deceptive, manipulating, passive aggressive, ego maniacal, insecure COWARD. *UNFRIENDED*

HOLD THAT.

HUGE Shout outs to 9.95 Dark Rob, Storms, Shock, SwiftTomHanks, Pherleece, Arez, and anyone else that helped run the event this weekend that I missed - your efforts are appreciated by those in the community that have actually grown up/are mature, please don't let a few whining bad apples spoil the party for the rest of us with tales of bracket rigging, and other things of that nature. Thanks for all you guys do for the community, and for giving me such a warm welcome in Philly.

k-frog by no means am i blowing you up. when i said how you beat han i was just saying how you jump. dude it fucking does work, you just get into the opponents mind in a different way then other ermac players. keep doing it, i support your ermac and you especially. i know you are not just jumping, you have reasons behind it all. I thought you jumped back after the jip that hit to mess with han, fuck it messed with me when i was watching.

^^^my bad yo, i didnt mean it like that at all. i was supportig you when i posted that, and HOW it worked on han. I typed it up poorly. Im not blowing you up at all. im not trying to post shit online, that post just came out wrong. sorry for offending you tim.

I agree with this ^^ Exploit people's weaknesses

Just like j360 told me he does with cyrax, he can afford to take risks due to the damage factor.
I know ermac is not a 100% combo damage killer like cyrax, but his combos fucking hurt.
Which is why i agree with this below.

Even so, jumping and landing 1 jip gives me 51%. That's the main reason why I do it so much, and I do it more in some matches than others...sometimes alot more.

^^^^ THIS, is something i also do with ermac, when i know certain characters have strings that shoot me away and makes them fuck up their combo. I would much rather take like 10-15%, and be away from someone, then risk them guessing right on me and taking a full combo. People need to realize with characters who might not be top 10, there are crazy and diverse strategies you need to come up with to win matches. Look at me vs death, i kept getting hit by d4 because i was jumping away. But the reward of getting away is 1000000x times better then risking a sonta mix up on ermac. She beats him when she can stay on him. Discovering strategies like this are not always seen as strategies to some people because it seems whacky or stuff like this, but this is what divides the mindless sheep and the players who make the game diverse.

I told you the pop off was fair game and gave you props. What more do you want?
I know. You said earlier in this thread "be careful when you pop off at the pop off master" or something to that effect.

And I say to you...what I said to you in my post..again. I will do no such thing, and you deserved it...I wouldn't pop off at someone that didn't.

I also don't want to derail your thread, I just wanted to say those few points. Please do carry on.
