Cyrax only loses to characters with quick instant air projectiles. He probably only loses to Kabal Kang Kitana.
And Kang/Kitana might actually be 5-5's. Whoever said this has no idea what they are talking about :p

EDIT: And Cyblax can be used to take care of characters that give Cyrax a hard time. Cyrax is beast man lol

You placed 9th out of 117 and you think you're washed up? That's the biggest load of shit I've heard on this site! And we all know how big THAT pile is.....

I still go to every tournament I can when I have never done better than 0/2. I did make it to the third round once, but I had a bye.

I'll tell you what others have told me: If it's not fun anymore, stop. If it's fun, then there's no need to stop.

You did good man, 9th out of 100 somethin people is not bad at all. Think about it, there is 90+ people that placed below you. Not too mention you use lower tier characters. Keep your head up :)

Forgot to mention dancock prepared with nerve stress relief pills. Calmed him self down, Practiced and warmed up just to be told that he's not playing till the morning O_O all that work to relax for nothing. 0-2 as always :D

Looks like we know who's getting the prop hunter award this week :) Cheer up, Emo kid. If you want you can borrow my Dashboard Confessional, Bright Eyes, and Elliott Smith vinyl until you get back on your feet. Don't keep them too long though, cause I listen to them bi-weekly.

Hey man, did you have a good time? As long as you had a good experience, the money didn't go to waste. I'd gladly donate to get some top Ermacs to tournaments if they ask. Yes, its conceited, but Ermac needs more love and I'm glad we have you and zaf to represent for those of us that aren't as good/can't travel.

Don't sell yourself short. I invested in a good tournament experience for you, and 9th place is NOTHING to be ashamed of here. The brackets were stacked as fuck. Good job for making it as far as you did man!

Yeah...that's so much worse than coming in 25th place by losing to EGP_TYRANT with him coming back on you for a 3-2 win when you were up two games, AND getting taken out by a player who had played online so much and was only taking his literal first steps into a major international competition, after having been hyped up to be an elite Sonya no less. Worse, indeed. :rolleyes:

Sorry, I know the sarcasm must make me sound like a jackass, but in all honesty you have no right to sell yourself short. 9th place may be outside of Top 8, but it's still way above a gathering of over a hundred players, a lot of which are pros like you, and there are very few guys who can dominate with Ermac the way you do. Keep at it, sir. We await your next wave of domination! :)

I literally know what I need to work on for next tournament, and I feel that I played pretty good, although I could've done better vs Maxter.

Starcharger is a beast and it was a pleasure playing him
