It took me a few days to finally start getting it consistently. It will take weeks to do it in real matches unfortunately.
gotta pick your character first in the customize menu
Jin doesn't have EWGF per se, but his two CD punch attacks have electric versions. EWHF, or eCD+2, has the on-block properties of EWGF, while eCD+1 launches higher.
To customize, you have to go to "customize" then select the character you want to customize. Then you got to one of the empty slots availible (there are more than 2, you just have to side scroll to see the other empty slots: so you can make multiple customized characters). Then you can buy items (you get money from online matches, arcade, and ghost mode to buy these items). More than likely you where selecting a slot that was already filled, and that's probably why you couldn't buy items.Wait, regular Jin still has EWGF? I could've sworn they removed all of his Mishima style moves after Kazuya returned for good in T4 (which is why he was poorly tested and had buckets of dumb shit in that game too).
Anyway, I just got my DLC, Kunimitsu and A.Ogre are working fine (as does his WR 3,3 corner infinite), but I got the bikini pack too and the costumes aren't showing up? How do I get them? Hell, how do you customize at all? I keep going in it and it says there's nothing to buy lol..

probably a stupid question but do you notice that you're doing something wrong or do the EWGF's suddenly appear as you're pressing the inputs over and over?kinda getting it way more often and i really don't see what i'm doing different from my point of view,seems to me like i randomly hit the frames (im practicing on SFXT since i dont have TTT2 yet)

It's significantly easier to do in SFxT. I usually have trouble getting it off in open space on 1p side only. I can do it perfect from 2p side, but I can also do it perfect after block strings on either side.

It's only easier because you can press F, HCF to do an EWGF. However, you can still practice it how it's supposed to be don in TK.
