What if the opponent doesn't get hit by whatever you do while being invincible (like saw blades)? Both players would still be at 100% so would the round 2 win go to player 2 or player 1?

Player 1 adv. also applies to draws, interestingly enough. So even if no health is lost by both characters, player 1 will win.

It happened multiple times with player 1 that I saw...unless it's random like Pig Of The Hut said.

Maybe I'll test it again, but I'm almost sure of it.

Here's your loophole:

Kabal round glitch banned -> Cause - glitch that affects gameplay. Effects are below:
Cyrax damage resets now banned
Smoke damage resets now banned
Smoke parry glitch now banned
Jax damage resets now banned
Skarlet round glitch now banned
Shang Tsung sloul steal glitch now banned
Etc.

If the sole reason for having one of Kabal's tactics be banned is identified for as a "glitch that affects gameplay". Then you must ban all other glitches in the game to keep the rule set consistent and not a sloppy, selective, loophole of a game.

Have fun handing out your "Glitches Banned" pamphlets at tournaments and monitoring every match. This kind of silly approach is what killed games like MK:D, MK:A, and etc.
You do realize that in every other one of those glitches... the opponent can actually hit you and/or do chip damage? This is completely different. lol @ trolling.

i wonder the same thing about your lao brutality lol
I'll tell you how that happened lol.

I made up this corner pressure with Kung Lao a long time ago with the EX teleport, I would do JIP 1121 EX tele 3, 1121 EX tele 3, 1121 EX tele 3, 1121 EX tele 3, 1121, etc. You can loop it alot of times because the chip damage from all the 1121 builds more meter, if they try to attack me back I have armor and if they try to jump out tele 3 hits them into the corner and you can combo off of it. It is actually a really solid pressure technique I guess, especially if the opponent has never seen it before.
Well, sometimes when I would play people who suck online that don't know how to fight Kung Lao, I would just pressure them like midscreen with 1121 tele 3, 1121 tele 3, 1121 tele 3, without the EX lmao. So I was doing that to some random scrub one day and it was close to the end of the round and I was about to win, and I killed him with my pressure and just didn't stop doing it, and I did it for like 20 seconds straight after it said FINISH HIM...... and I was like damn! I can do that?!? And I had a couple friends in my room watching me play and we all started shouting BRUTALITY!!!! Than I kept doing it to alot of people that day onward. That is how it started

I just finished testing this and out of the 8 times I tested it player 1 won 6 out of 8 times...I guess it's random but it seems geared towards the favor of player one.

Edit: Now Sub-Zero won all three rounds lol. I guess it is random haha.

LOL @ Kabal players trying to defend this glitch and telling us to "work around it".
Who was the first person to defend the Smoke parry glitch when everyone was going bananas? Thought so.
Lazy fucks.
Coming from a Sub-Zero player who's biggest task is inputting 2,1,4~slide.

You do realize that in every other one of those glitches, they can be done at any time during the match and are more accessible and easier to perform? The other glitches can be done as many times as the player wants to, and they can go for it every round.

With the round winning glitch, you have to set it up specifically against someone who is against the corner and doesn't throw break. Then you have to also factor in it can ONLY be done on your first winning round. Thus it's limited to once use / attempt every match.

Again, if most of you weren't obsessed with theory-crafting and would actually attempt this in high level matches against knowledgeable opponents, you'd realize you're making this a bigger deal than it is.

Don't know. Don't care. The difference is you can still hit your opponent. You're able to fight back whether they are invisible or not.

I don't use 214. B121 is where it's at.

They may be able to be pulled off whenever. (like cyrax resets or jax resets) but you can still fight back. And that's the entire point. In a glitch where you can't even hit your opponent that's completely broken. It should be banned.

The character should not.

Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!
Lol at trying to put this glitch in the same boat as the resets. I must've missed the part where resets immediately guarantee I win the match. Nothing, in no MK game ever, has ever had an asset of that magnitude. But hey, if all Kabal, Skarlet and Raiden players are gonna do from now on is burn all their meter to push me against the corner, by all means, let it be LOL.

Also, if this works how I think it works, Scorpion might be able to do this midscreen. Just sayin.

Konqrr - we can't say the sure how the round would proceed if they didn't exploit the glitch (stage positioning, meter etc.). If it was UMK3 or something, sure, since the next round would default everything. But there's no other indisputable decision other than to DQ them and give the other player game point imo.

If you're gonna list pros and cons of a glitch, then list of all them or don't bother. You only listed the pros of the Kabal glitch and then listed cons of glitches for others.

No way to fight back? Learn to throw break. Stay out of the corner when you're low on life. These are options you have to prevent this glitch form even happening. Man, sometimes I feel like I'm the only player that thinks outside the box.

Before I say this, I'm letting everyone know I think this glitch is BS.

Stay out of the corner, or tech the throw. It's avoidable.
