IMO Mileena should not be bottom 3.

female ninja moves (lps, uppercutt) help her a lot. can punish blocked stuff (sweeps, lk/hks) and even crossups with her roll. many important punch starters dont work on them (usub, lao, nw), hard to relaunch and fast and "mixeable" chains are ok.

between the 3 i would say:

kitana
mileena
jade

but thats just me.

Sheeva has a sleeper factor about her, where as since so few people use her, you're not always prepared for what she's going to do, but she doesn't have enough good things about her that are abusable, or rewarding to outright say she belongs above anyone. Having that been said, I can beat lots of players with Hugo in SFA3, including players who use someone like Ken who would be ranked similary to Human Smoke or Kung Lao, but Hugo's ranked 2nd to last, and I know exactly why.
Its because of his pink shirt.

Sheeva should be last because of her 4 armpits.

bottom tier of umk3 reminds me of mk4 god tiers. its a random toss up between them.

if we put disvantages and advantages separated, i think sektor is the worst of the 3 robots. cyrax while having the random/lucky/hard bomb setups still has a very easy and damaging chain, anticrossup air grab (even if the air attack is blocked), bomb inf, net when trading hits usually open lots of damaging options, an excelent throw that can be followed with some juggles or crossup/rununder trickery. i think the only advantage sektor has over cirax is that he can relaunch him easily.

oh! and i named those chars randomly! lol IMO mileena > sheva(though matchup)/shang/liu(though matchup)/sektor/cyrax.

even both sub can be in trouble against a well played mileena.

dont forget chaos'es air throw cyrax inf, which is easy to do in a vs + the whole transport move and the zoning ^^

With Sektor, 3 hit pop up,deep JK, HK = free smart missile and it does more damage than Cyrax's chain. Sektor owns Cyrax with missile lock down, as Cyrax has no conventional way to prevent homing missile spam, and obviously P1 Sektor can abuse homing + smart missile combination. Sektor does not have to leave the ground or use teleport punches to beat Cyrax, but teleport punch is available on bombs and nets. Cyrax's strengths, trading hits for the net, the bomb break infinite, throw tricks like you mentioned, other than that not much except using bombs similary to Sektor's missiles. Neither of them should really ever leave the ground vs eachother except to avoid eachother's zonine, in which case Sektor's potential is greater midscreen. The distance from which Sektor should fire a homing missile when Cyrax is neutral does not allow for a counter with a net, and even still, the uncertainty in the chance that Cyrax's combo will beat the missile's collision is there.

As for Mileena vs Sheeva:

Mileena's roll is > all Sheeva's specials.

Mileena's Sai Shot lock down is generally effective against Sheeva, as Sheeva cannot run in while Mileena is doing them even erroneously high.

Mileena can upward JPS to combo Sheeva.

Mileena can roll under Sheeva's fireball.

Mileena can bait aaHKs with the Sai Shot.

Mileena has a longer sweep range, plus her sweeps are silent.

Mileena has a longer standing HK range.

Mileena has a longer standing LK range.

Mileena has a longer uppercut range.

Mileena has superior run jabs.

Sheeva is highly vulnerable to female ninja corner run jab lockdown.

Sheeva's knee lift whiffs when Mileena is getting up if she doesn't block or duck after a sweep.

Sheeva cannot cross up Mileena because of the roll.

Sheeva cannot do grounded JK to full damage teleport stomp vs Mileena.

Sheeva cannot do throw to full damage teleport stomp vs Mileena.

The Ground Stomp has a 1 frame or so chance of catching Mileena when landing during Sai Shot spamming.

Sheeva's HK misses Mileena on a ducking block.

Sheeva's standing LK, HK and sweep when blocked are punishable by the roll.

Sheeva has higher damage ground combos.

Two of Mileena's moves are punishable by juggle.

Shock, did you check all those facts about sheeva VS mileena in UMK3 before posting or did you know all that stuff already? If you knew it already then that is just mind boggling...

I played this guy once that was Sheeva and literally MASTERED the tele-stomp. Everytime that I would do anything I couldn't get away from it. He knew exactly when he could do it at every exact perfect time. It was really amazing.

The only move Mileena can do against u-sub that is relatively safe is her sai shot. I would have thought his ice clone would counter the rest of her moves. Could you explain why u-sub would be in trouble, not classic sub though, he's shit ;) lol
