Congratulations and thank you to all participants of this great MK tournament for bringing the hypest I have seen sofar.

DetroitBalln, you deserve to be the grandchampion and much respect to you.
I refer to your Tsung gameplay as artwork, because it is just a masterful piece of art.
I do wish you didn't go with Kabal last round just to end all this kawbal-crap-discussions (and to end more stylish), but I think this tournament already proved that the game isn't as unbalanced as people think judging from all the different characters used and their success.

Which brings me to Denzel - DJT1993.
Your Sub Zero was briliant and made me a believer of rushdown Sub aswell as Westcoast. Your matches were too hype! The hypest moment of MLG for me was your Xray-cancel and your dance moves. That shit was of the roof!

My second hypest moment btw was the first round-stealer by Xray by MIT against Detroit. Hype!!

Mad respect for PL for leveling up so much in such a short time. Where did you find that Hyperbolic Timechamber? :) People fear you again...rightfully.

CDjr, respect for showing great skills and almost doing the impossible by resetting the ridiculous continuation.
Pig,...how come all the matches you are involved in end up in hype? The blow-for-blow match against PL was great stuff:)

For MLG Prizefight I want to see Detroit-PL, CDjr-DJT and Tyrant-Hut.
Hell, let's do a 5 vs 5 VSM vs EGP vs GGA :)

STRYKIE - I wasn't meaning to take anything away from Detroit winning with Kabal. I just personally find it boring to watch that character. Seeing SubZero excellent, Scar's Skarlet and PL's Raiden were much more refreshing.

He did something that Brady hasn't done since the beginning of MK in this tourney.

LOL Detroit has had Kabal as his secondary since last August.Even back then he knew Kabal was the best answer for Kabal back when we had to deal with Michaelangelo in the clan wars.

People need to stop making this thread about "Denzell is better than Brady or Brady is better than Denzell" Put it to rest, it's over. WC and EC are now going to come together and it's about the US vs UK at EVO. EVO we become one, America.

The only thing that that TomBrady vs DJT set proved was who was the best at the sub zero mirror. Which is actually about who can play the lamest. We all know who is the master at that... Not taking anything away from TB he is an amazing player.

It's still up in the air who is the actual best sub zero in america IMO. Because it's more about how the character performs against other characters especially his bad matchup's in professional hands. At the moment TomBrady has that set under his belt as well as more tournament result's in general so by that, it is tom. But Denzell showed with this performance he is still a contender and one of the best players in the US scene, some of the shit I see Denzell pull off in clutch situations leaves my jaw on the floor.

I wish this shit was archived somewhere...

Shoutouts to Team GGA for each member that went made top 16 and 2 of them in top 8. More GGA made top 16 than any other scene and tying with VSM (3). However, two of our guys eliminated two of their guys. Dizzy over Riu48 3-0 and 16 Bit vs Reo 3-1 DAAAAAMMMN.

Waffelz played pretty well in both sets. Honestly, I think it could have gone either way both times. Congrats to Detroit for proving that he has the best Shang ( :( ) and is one of if not the best player in the world.
