Yeah, we are in WPB, looking for some serious players.
WPB is a big drive from miami but if you guys wanted to coordinate a session, I'd be willing to bring 3 friends and myself next weekend.
That is cool man, the only problem is we would need somewhere to play. Can't play at my place. (Don't ask).
There's a place called Zero Ping Lan Domain in davie. 30 minutes away for me but one bitch of a drive for you guys : / Don't know if you'd be willing to go there or somewhere closer you'd have in mind.
Never thought about that, what a great idea. Let me check if there are any gaming places in WPB.If there's going to be more than 8+ people there, we would ideally need two tv/consoles. If no one down in WPB can host it, we could just look around for a space we can rent for a day. There are various hotels by collins ave(practically sunny isles) in miami beach that rent out vacant rooms big enough to comfortably sit 7+ people.
The real problem is the mk9 update problem. The console needs to be connected to xbox live, so we'd also need a connection. Any ideas?
Also, how many players are down there?
Nah man. There are a few people that play around town. Every Tuesday night is MK night at Qball on Beach Blvd. Starts at 9pm. I work nights so I am usually free during the day if you wanna get some games in. PM me and let me know. There is a tourney at Gorilla games on San Jose tomorrow (Saturday 04/30/11) at 2pm. See if you can make it.

No fee and the guy that sets it up brings an Xbox. I work nights so I can only stay until about 10pm but they play until about 2am. I am free in the daytime during the week if anyone is interested in getting some games in. They also play at UNF during the week as well.
There's only 1 setup at Qball? And do you play up at UNF? I used to go up there a lot to play super smash bros (yeah, I'm one of those guys -- lol). Sorry for the 21 questions, I live in Middleburg n it's a long drive to go up there so I'm tryin to jus fig out all the info

Yeah unfortunately only one set up at Q-ball. From what I have heard they are up there Monday - Wednesday from 9pm until close. If you go onto shoryuken.com forums and find the jacksonville thread look for a guy named batman904. He is the one that sets it all up. I believe he left his number up there. You should call him and get the info from him. As fas as UNF I always wait for my friend to call me and tell me when they are heading up there.
