For sure, I'm lookin forward to it too! We need to find as many local players as we can so we can get the most practice in for the big tourneys.
Saturday the 14th I wanna get a bunch of people out to my place to MK it up. Got a big place with tons of room for setups. Have 3 TV's that are ready to go and 1 xbox setup that's ready, + plenty of tables and chairs. The only problem is, I live in Middleburg so it's kinda far for a lot of people, but it's worth it cus we have an unrestricted time and no neighbors or anything to bother with noise or whatever. I'll put more info about it later, but it's definitely gonna go down.

Sounds good man. Are you planning on attending CEO in June? I will be heading down there for T6 and MK. Steve was the Scorpion player and he was saying that he lives on Monument and he also has a big place with three tv's that are ready to roll. We definitely need to find more players here in town. We need to rep hard at these tourneys.:weightlifter:

You learn about a lot of different playstyles and advanced techniques from other people who want to take this to a competitive level. It's also a great way to learn how to fight against other characters, cus online it's the usual Scorp, Kung Lao, Smoke, over and over again. People have REAL mains this way.

I'm down to go to CEO. Not a very far drive for such a huge tourney. Oughta be fun! Though, I really wish I don't play against Tom Brady... lol. Subz dittos are ridiculously lame haha. Hope to see the whole Florida MK scene there!

All in all, 10 people are coming so far to saturday night's house tournament at jay's. Anyone else from Miami that would be able to attend?

I really don't care who I play I am just excited that I am able to go. Seeing a sub vs sub would be cool though. Yeah man I really hope that the fighting game community in FL reps hard!!

Just a heads up, but by 11pm we all have to leave. Townhouse area so noise after 11pm is suicide.

As far as CEO, where is that going to be at? Anything farther than 50 minutes from miami is a no go for me atm.

Well looks like I won't be able to make it to CEO. One of my best friends asked me to be a best man at his wedding on June 11th. Not neccesarily bad new but bad news in the sense that I won't be able to go and rep Florida at the tournament. In lieu of this however I'm going to travel around FL to get games with everyone starting next week. I'll make trips to places like Jville,Miami, Orlando, etc. to level up my game. Hopefully I'll get to see all of you at some point.

Finaly got a name for the tournament down. South Florida Blood Pit it is! I'll be posting a new topic once I finish making all the details and let you guys know :D

The Best Man or a Groomsman? Sucks that you can't make it. I was really looking forward to playing against you. Well, have fun at the wedding.
