I don't think this is correct. I've done the enhanced run into grab twice in a row and I believe Rewind does it multiple times in quick succession in matches as well.It is a 2 bar grab; you have to enhance the run and then the grab.

NRS has done a good job of transforming Reiko from a hybrid zoning and command grab character to a pure command grab character. Everyone agrees that he has been vastly improved.I haven't had time to try the patch yet, but from watching some of Rewind's recent matches, Reiko is looking good! If anyone has any impressions, I'm all ears.

However, the top 10 conversation seems far-fetched to me.
A character like Homelander deals less damage than Reiko, but he can command grab you from a much farther range. In terms of space control, lasers are much better than nerfed stars. f+4 remains the best normal attack in the game.
Ghostface is a command grab character who has a Batgirl-style vortex. In footsies, Ghostface's f+2,1 is as good as, if not better than, any of Reiko's long-range normal attacks.
T-1000 is a command grab character who has Freddy's mid-range spike. LOL! In fact, T-1000's spike is superior to Freddy's in certain ways (i.e., faster startup and more damaging conversions because of Mavado).
I fail to see how Reiko is on the same level as these character.
