i wanna start with 3 mains but i'm intersted in like half of the cast. rain, reptile, smoke, havik, tanya, baraka....

I don't care for any of them as characters, so I'm not interested. Whenever I get the KP I'll most likely try them, but I don't have a desire to actually play them.

I think The Boys is a pretty good show, mostly due to Anthony Star’s performance as Homelander. I like the Invincible show / comics and Omni Man as a character.

I have absolutely no desire to play them in a MK game, I plan to spine rip a ton of jabronis who play them for a couple weeks when they come out before eventually dropping the game again. Then learning the matchup cause there’s a chance one or both will end up being very very good and intuitive to play.

I’ve seen a bunch of people say they’re going to main one of them, and that they’ll just be using other characters until they drop. I’m very interested in all of the DLC, especially with most characters so far, their gameplay looks so sick, so I imagine the DLC will be the same. Out of the 3 superheroes, I’m most excited for Homelander since I’ve seen every episode of The Boys. Only seen Peacemaker in the newer Suicide Squad movie and only seen a few episodes of Invincible. So even though I’m familiar with Peacemaker and OmniMan, I don’t know too too much about them.

But yeah as I said, I have seen several people saying they’re looking to main one of the DLC superheroes.

they will, especially the top players, if any of these guests have insane gameplay pressure, cheap moveset, and broken stuff, hehe

watch for both Sonic and NinjaKilla to turn inside out these characters and make people gonna crazy in some major future MK1 tourney , hehe

They removed that and every other scream animation special/normal/throw. Bizarre choice. Hopefully her 2nd fatality is something like her MK11 one, at least.

No, I refuse to ever take a guest character seriously in any fighting game. Learning guests is a waste of time for me since they rarely return for sequels.

General Shao will be my first choice.
Then Smoke, Sindel, Baraka and Havik.

But I'm probably going to try every characters for sure.
All my favorites are in and it's impossibile to choose right now.

I wouldn’t say it’s a waste of time. It’s fun learning new guest characters and all the shenanigans that they can do. And a lot of characters gameplay change from game to game in MK games. They typically retain most of their core aspects, but always seems to play a lot differently competitively.

I’d hate it if I didn’t play a character just because they weren’t likely to be a playable character in future games. And it turns out that character was extremely fun and really worked well with my type of playstyle.

With that said, to each their own. Obviously you are entitled to your own opinion and decisions. It’s kinda like me refusing to use Mileena in any game she’s in.
