I wouldn't call Kung Lao or the Lin Kuei guys big. At least not in this game.I agree with this in literal terms, but I doubt Kung Lao has a power rack in his peasent village, nor the nutrition to get so big. Same goes for the Lin Kuei living in the frozen China mountains. Ironically, Cage is the only one who probably has a weight room in his home, but is smaller than the other men. The reality is NRS knows nobody wants to see these characters not looking big and strong, and good on them, rightfully so.
No way their arms are huge and that’s all you can really see in their outfit. At least the lin kuei. They look like they have 18 inch arms. That just shows how skewed male body standards actually are. Not a you problem, but in general people have no idea what an impressive non roided body is. These guys are jacked. I think it's a bit of apples to oranges comparison though. Street Fighter graphic design is much more comic style and cartoonish, which gives a lot more leeway for abstract and unrealistic design choices. I certainly like the art direction of Street Fighter, but MK goes for a different art style, and I think trying the same kind of character design and animations in NRS as in Street Fighter would look too weird.

That won't fly in SF6's case, though, because it's another Capcom game, that got RE Engine injected into its core. Sure, they're not mocaping things still (and that's why people see their animations as more appealing and less "stiff"), but it's a first for a SF game to look as realistic as it does. What we got doesn't seem too off from 1, though the feel is very different. That said, It's always a little confusing what gets tossed out, I don't know what was up with the high collar variations, and for some reason every out fit they gave Cassie in 11 sat on her weird. She looked bad in everything. She was a personal top 2 favorite characters of all time for me in X, but 11 was so different and awkward I never even looked twice at her in 11

Because SF6 and Tekken8 are both made , by Japanese companies, that, kinda do not give a fuck for this woke wave and this shithole of social hypocrisy and fake moralism preaching brainwash politics discuss that USA, Europe and all Ocident are manufacturing and selling as the new way of life , so .....SF6 and Tekken embrace women actually showing skin, being sexy, having a bit of fan service and having different body archetypes despite being Rated T games. But then you look at MK11 and MK1 and just scratch your head at the outfits and concept designs they give the women in this game and wonder, "Why?"
It's a Rated M game with over the top gore, fatalities and male fantasy designed characters but all the women in the game look like they shop at your local target. No muscle mass, no diversity in body and outfit designs, just nothing lol. Literally covered head to toe in non-memorable designs and it just makes absolutely no sense to me.
Like, someone explain this to me because I genuinely don't understand. Why is NRS afraid of a bit of fan service when the other AAA fighting games embrace it, have actual fun with it and don't see similar complaints? Because, imo, these outfits remind me of MK11 and those base designs in MK11 were extremely drab and lacking.
