I hated that every character she faced had every opportunity to kill her and didn't take it. He ends up hurting Scorp in X and killing him in 11 lol. Imagine mk1 first trailer her killing Scorp lol

I think that story and character-wise, NRS just dropped the ball with the Outworld crew who all had great designs and potential.

I fuckin wish I were that good at the game. At best, I'm just the go-to D'Vorah for MK11 ranked on PC which aint much.

Jokes aside, I'll be at most mildly disappointed if she isn't around. I do think she's an excellent character even if she was cheaply used to execute people. Death is often handled so boringly in MK's stories because it carries no weight. Outside her being used to kill off people, her story of being the lone survivor of an entire race and backstabbing everyone on the promise of revival / continuation is great. Reptile can eat his heart out cause D'Vorah does it better. Also, D'Vorah is just way more fun to play and has a much cooler design.

Adding to that, I HATED how Outworld is no longer a mysterious war-torn purple wasteland. The whole asian, uncanny atmosphere built throughout MK2 to MK9 was swaped for "yeah this place is actually just like some parts of the the middle east or some shit, nothing too special". That was even adressed by Cassie and Kung Jin in MKX in story mode, felt like the developers were saying "lol retcon time fuckers".
