Because Kitana doesnt have a fast low buzzsaw that takes chip everytime its on screen. At least with Kitana i can D+4 my way in. You think im going to jump the buzzsaw and eat a IAGB or nomad dash. No i wont be jumping. Ill be blocking and taking chip..Thats why people complain about kabal. He has amazing IAGB and a low buzzsaw.

At fullscreen, you can jump a buzzsaw and Kabal cannot Nomad Dash in time to reach you, nor can he throw out an iaGB(or a ground one for that matter). Any time Kabal throws a saw, he loses his spacing advantage due to recovery.

And, what I meant, 16Bit, was that Kitana gets 2 fans on the screen at a time if she chooses. Ground fans are actually viable, unlike grounded Gas Blasts.

Both characters are top tier. In fact, Kabal seems to be the character most widely regarded as the best in the game.

I very much doubt there'll any more "fixes" at this point.

Boon, NRS and WB made MK 9 a success, their DLC was a success and im just beginning to think that is what mattered the most because apart from the patches, there hasn't been much else in the way of support.

Nah, that will never happen. That would be like SSF IV announcing they are getting rid of the Ultra Bar.

I would like to see SIndel, Jade and CSZ have a small tweak, but that leads to people then wanting something for others and the game should probably be just left alone as it is now. There is a ton of BS in it, but that comes with all fighters which all have their own BS to one degree or another.

Does anyone else not really mind the resets? I like that theyre always in my mind while fighting a character that has one. Yea sure it can get ridiculous but it adds more thought to the game imo

Use it like Sub-Zero's slide. It's an unsafe tool to get you out of trouble that you should be using just enough to keep your opponent honest, and it's too quick to be stuffed. People like you are the reason so much dumb shit got patched into this game in the first place.

Real talk: If I need to "pick on people" to stop them from spewing dumbassed hotfix suggestions that will only serve to hurt the balance of the game, then I guess you're either going to have to suck it up or stop taking about how to patch a character you clearly don't know enough about. This has already happened once, with Jax, Kano and Ermac (who got all sorts of completely unnecessary nerfs). I don't want to see it happen again.
