You get less drop factor now, better startup of course more punishable, but some of these are very significative imoI literally never used that move. Sure they will make it her armor breaking move...

But obviously she still has gaps on every string, but she has much better buttons now too, on F2 having better whiff recovery, B1, being faster which will give us decent KB
More consistent corner damage on blood splatter amplify a move some ppl miss out and it's pretty strong in the corner.
F4,3 BF3 amplify will launch in the corner for decent damage now as it recovers faster by 3 frames.
IF U3's have armor F43BF3 amp will break armor and launch anyway, but that's a big if

Skarlet is a mixed bag, so she will give Skarlet players a mixed feeling just as well.
The most relevant and important buffs that change her slightly are:
TP being an actual tp that you can react to projectiles, jumps, normals and when you anticipate those actions you now get to teleport before they even begin and punish them for it.
44 being high mid helps her game slightly but doesn't make a drastically change to pressure.
F2 having less whiffing help just as slightly as 44
BF3 it's probably the biggest change along side with tp, the most intriguing one and sadly the one they cared less about testing.
She gains LOTS of damage in the corner with amplify bf3, turns all her single normals into very powerful launchers and the combo damage she nets from them goes from +%25 up to 34% damage without fatal blow at cost of 1 bar or 2 bars in one combo.
There is no way to connect amplify bf3 from a normal midcombo if they try to break away, you have to do bf3 right away as you launch and it's extremely hard to do from 212.
BF3 doesn't reset gravity scaling multiplier, so if you do a big pile of damage and read a break away and input amplify bf3 in between and hit them, the gravity multiplier doesn't reset making it a bit indifferent if you land combos or not.
She can armor break midscreen and finish combos, i will show you guys how in a video, and when she is getting them cornered once again, her blood spatter armor or not becomes nuts and this is the best part about it.
Sadly all her weakness are all exactly the same, lots of gaps, lacks of anti-air, slow af.
I was miss reading a patch note thinking B1 was reduced 4 frames of startup but no, its b2 that was reduced 4 frames of recovery.
I'm thankful for the buffs as small buffs are still better than no buffs, gladly because they touched 2 areas she needed fixing, her wall combos are consistent AF now, and she can do big boy damage from any normal just like everyone else but only when she corners them.
It wouldn't hurt to make her parry 8f startup, close a few gaps on her pressure or give a way to go around those gaps, and wouldn't hurt to have an actual anti air.
As for amp BF3, vertical launch on armor break would be nice and the ability to go around KB requirements for B1, 2, D2 and B2 would be nicer as those are KB that are extremely hard to get.

Standing 1, standing 2, and standing 4 are all good anti-air options.So 4,4 seems like the best anti air and depending on what distance jump you hit them at it determines what special you will use. Her 212 seems to only give u a good conversion if the opponent jumped right on top of you or is there something I'm missing?
So just realized skarlets parry is too slow to be used against flawless block up2s shitty :/Standing 1, standing 2, and standing 4 are all good anti-air options.
