GMT -4 or -5 (depending on whether Daylight savings is in effect or not)

You can always Google a time zone conversion. It’s super fast and easy. Just type something like “7pm EST to CST” and you’re golden! Then once you remember the hour differences, you can easily figure it out any time of course.
