Just had the AI running through a tower while I was eating and saw it do a combo that I took to training and could not pull off for the life of me.
B1,3-B3-F4,1 xx DB1(Amp)-Stuff
Could easily do it in the corner but the AI did it midscreen. Whenever I tried to land the F4,1 they were too far away to connect. Is the AI pulling some impossible crap or is it a tight link?

There's always a tight link after B3 when the opponent is in the air, and was it on a male or female character? Because that seems to make a difference.

It was against Kano. I'm wondering if it requires the tiniest of walks but I couldn't get it.
Just thought it was something worth mentioning as I hadn't seen it in the thread. If I can get it I'll record and post the video. :)

OK managed to get it down.
It's one of those combos that I'm never going to even attempt to land in a real match due to 2-3 links that feel like you need to be nigh perfect for them and the damage isn't spectacular.


1-B1,3-B3-B2,4 xx BD3 22% meterless
2-B1,3-B3-F4 xx DB1(AMP) -B2,4 xx BD3 29% 1bar
3-B1,3-B3-F4 xx DB1(AMP) -B2,4 xx BD3(AMP) 32% 2bars

I feel like there might be a way to get higher damage but getting that link down hurt my hands enough. xD

edit - Forgot to try against female characters and see if it works. Will try later and update.

I tried to do some FB combos but her startup takes forever the only thing I was able to get was F4,2 +FB F (far) and it does 38%

Do anyone have some issue with low profiling d3 like of sub zero, black or sonya. I got my b2, b24, f4 and even d1 low profiled in a match. Also against character with low minus 6fr pokes. She seem to struggle a bit I think. And her fatal blow is ass

One bar, almost 32%

F4,2 + DB1 AMP * J2* 2112 27% (1 bar)
F4,2 + DB1 AMP * J2* B2,4 + Nut Kick Amp 28% (2 bars)

Shouldn't those be F4,1?

How are y'all linking standing 4 into 111 mid screen? I can't even get it in the corner on the switch. Is my version outdated?

Trying for over an hour to find a way to re-corner after using DB1amp but gravity is just too heavy by the time I've done enough to get all 3 shots to connect.
Don't know if these are known or even worth but I recorded anyways.

Oh and the combo I was attempting a couple of days ago (B13, B3, F4) is possible on female characters but is even harder/less consistent. Very frustrating but at least now I know to try new combos on the ladies.

Cassie can actually combo of a jik midscreen with f2 on reaction even on max height it‘s pretty easy to land actually

Jik,f2 mbdb1,1,4 bd3 is about 29%

This is what i use. Its pretty easy

If you got open the opponent with b24 or f41 in the corner what should be the follow up. Db1 mb doesn't connect fully for a combo
