PS4 Beta Codes Error

If you have pre ordered digitally you don't need a code just search for mortal kombat 11 beta in the store

Ok I went in the store and looked up Mortal Kombat 11 Beta and found it but it says it's not available and when I clicked redeem it asks for a code?

I then looked on MK dot com and it says this:

It says I will automatically gain access to download the MK11 Beta when it is live!
I downloaded digital so I wouldn't have to pop in the disk every time and it was easier to buy at home in XB1-store.

I think it's more along the lines of how they have treated PC players since MKX. We weren't allowed to get DLC. I strait up bought an XB1 just to play the game early cuz I seen this shit coming.

No. They're not actively looking to shit on customers. The MKX debacle was handled by another studio, it took a while to fix but you got your DLC with the new netcode. That's not the reason PC players aren't getting a beta. It's literally data miners. They could find voice files for characters who are hidden, spoil story, anything. Far too risky.

Same thing can be done on XB1 PS4. I know some individuals who have jailbreaked thier console and data mined game data with them. So all though I recognize that risk I don't think it's the main reason. Maybe something is hindering them on PC and they don't wanna be vocal on issues before launch which could hurt bottom line for PC sales?

You can do it before the beta will just be in your library you can download it later or now. It's not gonna work though

I got mine from Micromania (French branch of Gamestop) like a month and a half ago. I just asked the vendor if I could get a beta code and he gave me one lol.

They must think they are really smart at amazon lol. People will just cancel after beta is over.

Yeah apparently it will auto download on the release day. I thought you ll be able to play it since when I redeemed my code and launched the game it redirected me on the stress test app that was already on my ps4

I don't have the stress test app cuz I got the code after the Online Stress Test was finished. I'm on XB1 and I have a Digital download of MK11 via XB1-Store.

I've been checking my email every day and nothing for Beta on the 27th-31st.
I'm hoping I'm allowed to download it from the store without code when it becomes live. Right now it says it's unavailable.

Why don't you just pre-order, redeem the code, play the beta, and if you don't like it after the beta then cancel the pre-order.

I'm planning to play the beta nonstop from WED 8:00 PM PST to SUN 23:59 PST, even an hour of lost play time would be a great loss for me so I hope that doesn't happen.

Me too I couldn't get my internet installed I'm my new house on time for Beta so I literally arranged to be at a family members house during the Beta and I'm testing it non-stop.
I hope there is a practice mode. I'm looking forward to seeing the frame data and labbing combos/Tek.
