In my original post, I specifically asked for people not to make stupid 'pedo' jokes. But, you clearly didn't bother to read that. (Someone else's post already had to get edited by a mod because they didn't read) And I'm not aggravated at all. I'm actually chilling cause I already know Pennywise is gonna be in. I'm just sitting back and enjoying the entertainment while people get butthurt over the mere possibility of his inclusion.

I just wish people would actually read my full post before responding since I put a lot of work into it. But, I knew stuff like this would end up happening. People blindly hating without reading my suggestions. But, we chillin' like a villain. Just like Pennywise is chillin' in that DLC spot. Unbothered.

I apologize, I should've read the whole thing. But I do have to say, he is a total miss as an inclusion, and you might just dislike him too if Mileena isn't in. So you can play him instead, yay! :p

If Mileena's not in the base game then she's not in at all. So, I'm not gonna be like "ERMMAGERSH PENNYWISE TOOK HER SPOT" cause I know that's not the case.

But, there are a shit ton of other really awesome characters who I can play as besides her. Pennywise is one of them.

As much as I'd rather see pure MK DLC, guest characters are inevitable. I've come to accept that after several years of torment. That being said, I'd rather they put in guest characters that fit the aesthetic so I'd be able to headcanon them into the universe in some way to not go mad. #NoClownsinMK

I just can't see that character as scary.
I understand that some people are afraid of clowns like some people are afraid of cats, spoons, doors or whatever but it's the same as rule 36. Some people liking it doesn't make it universally interesting.

I don't want to see a clown in Mortal Kombat, we have much more interesting and desired characters than dumb movie monsters from scare flicks.

I like the character, I don't like the films, I like the book, I don't like him in MK, with all those other guests with him.

I wouldn't even like Vega (my favorite character of all time) in Mortal Kombat as a guest, I just don't like guests, as they are a greedy product.

I don't understand why everybody seems so certain he's in any way, I mean, the Compagnie must first approve of his inclusion, that is hard to get past.

The IT movies are being made by Warner Bros. They make big money off MK, the make big money off IT. Why not cross promote? It makes perfect sense.

I don't know if he would be a good option for a guest character, and I want to see other guests rather than him (like my boy Nemesis from RE3). I wouldn't say no to Pennywise in DLC but I need to be further convinced before welcoming him into the roster.

That being said, I respect the amount of time and the creativity you putted into this, it was a good read :) .

Last time I posted a long guest character idea thread like this one, it died shortly after :DOGE

Tim Curry's version is actually quite scary. The Bill Skarsgard incarnation, however, is awful. Please give us a Tim Curry skin!

Pennywise could be done well, I'm just really tired of the movie guests at this point. You're being served ad space for upcoming movies, not some well thought-out roster picks.

If we're gonna have guests I'd much rather see characters from other video game franchises.

My personal favourite would have been up to two guests from KI, which unfortunately is extremely unlikely due to licensing issues.

ideally though we'd skip guests altogether. There's other ways to advertise a movie.

He still has an urbane sadist streak Bill completely lacks. Really, the only truly scary Pennywise is the one in the book. With luck we get IT not shIT.

Shang Tsung can transform into existing fighters. Pennywise would be able to morph his body, like being able to give himself really sharp (Baraka-like) teeth, long limbs, etc, or can even morph into different creatures and cause hallucinations. I don't think he would be anything like Shang Tsung, to be honest.
