Wasn't really aimed at you specifically, it's more that there's several people that are missing the point that this thread is clearly for fun and what not. Pretty sure there was a similar one in the build up to MKX release too. NRS obviously aren't going to attempt to balance the roster based on trivial stuff like this.

exactly - maybe I should have put a disclaimer in the OP clarifying that I am not actually advocating a fixed S Tier character slot. It's a hypothetical - if there had to be such a spot because balance isn't given to us by NRS, who deserves their time to shine...
