So I was reading the post above about having a anchor/mid/point and all that. I 100% want to play with Vegeta and Cell but I don't know the order I should play them in? I also am a fan of Piccolo because he's a bro. Are any of these team comps viable? (Yes I'm a noob)

- Vegeta/Piccolo/Cell
- Cell/Piccolo/Vegeta
- Vegeta/Cell/Piccolo

If Piccolo isn't viable, who should I play in his stead? I've seen most with Vegeta in the last spot, is that correct? Thanks for the help guys, any suggestions are greatly appreciated, this is my first anime game.

People tend to play Vegeta last because he provides the best neutral/extension assist to your other two chars and then also does fine (great imo) solo when they’re dead.

I’ve not got much xp with Cell/Piccolo yet since the patch, but I’d go with your second option as long as the synergy’s there.

Edit I’m assuming you mean ssj here.

Cell / piccolo / vegeta

Cell is the best point char for your team and can be supported by the other two. @BurdaA is right about ssj Vegeta. He still has the best combo extender in the game (could argue gotenks too) and despite the nerfs his assist offers things like vanish protection and still forces your opponent to do something other than blocking (reflect, super dash) which have severe downsides when baited

so interesting news, i found u can pull frieza's DHC shenanigans with yamcha, just in order to do it, you can't do more than 1 hit of spirit ball from yamcha, unfortunately since yamcha doesnt have an air special, can't really get meaningful damage from doing this aside from immediately going into sparking.

Yeah he can do it with a few chars, Gotenks too, but same story re: no follow up.

u can 2Lxx241s in corner and empty jump214s and he can Also do hes cg from Blocked jump normals, base vegeta ftw

Also Fat Buu got what I wanted, 5L hits crouching opponent and 5LL is full Blockstring. Base vegeta goes rly rly Well with f.buu, mid screen 1bar fat throw resets work with 1bar and in corner with 0bar. Sooo happy

Anyone know what makes Ginyu potentially so much better now? I know what buffs he got but can’t really put together how they’d help him jump up the tier list so much. Def intrigued by the idea since he was the first character I really loved in this game.
