Speaking of which. So I’ve been doing LL2M5M, j.c, LM, j.c, LM xx 2H, SD, LLL (auto combo HKD). But I’ve seen people do longer combos but done in a similar way. This is with Vegeta, A.Gohan, Goku Black. I mean it’s kinda hard to ask/answer this without a video or exact notations, but they’re doing longer combos than this and idk how. It LOOKS like they’re getting an extra j.c but I’m not sure. Any ideas?

Not sure.if this has been answered but I THINK I know what you're talking about.. if I understand correctly it's because they are using either a heavy normal and the heavy dash auto-followup, so you launch and jc then do, Indunno, l-m-2h~h the dash follows them up, then another air sequence and jump cancel into another sir sequence.

I agree man. Mash the shit out of reflect until they start punishing you for it, I'm betting 99% of even competitive players out there havent tested what Reflect does to their shit

Good point. Never labbed it on tick throws and command grabs. Not even on DR's. Maybe someone can see this and confirm if 4S works against command grabs, Android 21 absorb move & dragon rushes.

You can't do 2 air jump cancels. You get one off the ground from 5M and then another one in the air after air 2H into superdash.
in the combo you posted you're going: 2MM, jLML, j.c, LML2H, (Which launches), Super dash, LML2H..
Remove the bolded part and you'll be able to jc into the LLL ender.

Are you sure? I swear I did 2 air cancels off of a AA yesterday. It was strange because I was able to loop 2 more medium attacks into a lvl 3. I could be wrong about it but i was able to extend Android 21 combo's in to 20+ hits before her lvl 3.

Okay... Well then. Nothing is totally safe then. So I guess and assist can pop out and try to keep it safe by going directly into DR on top of any other attack in anticipation of a reflect.

So fun fact Frieza's auto combo hits full screen so if you have a beam assist like goku mash those l's!

I think jH in general. Although, I believe jH scales slightly less than 6M. Yeah I didn't notice until I started labbing assist links off 6M. Bnb using both assists into level 3 super with Beerus only did about 4.2K IIRC using 6M as a starter.

Same combo, even starting with a light, does at least like 5K lol.

Honestly, haven’t spent much time in the lab. But I labbed for like an hour just now, and yeah, I’ve been doing like 2k leas damage for no reason lol. I usually lab for days before I play, but the netcode is so good I just been addicted to ranked matches.

Every scrub in the beta was complaining that the game was too simple. The team synergy combos are now starting to develop...I spent a little bit of time in the lab today just working on mine. Added simple tags to the end of my standard combos and I'm hovering around 5k damage for my characters for 2 bars.

I wish I could play more! I've only had about 7 hours with the game due to working extra long hours since the release of the game. I'm obviously not very good but I started recording my footage because I really want to identify my weaknesses in order to get better. Would you guys please take a look at some of my gameplay, I'm not looking for views or subs but honest feedback. I know that I need to work on my assist calls, my overall pressure and IAD's.

A video could be helpful to know exactly what you did but afaik you get 1 ground jump cancel and 1 air one.
There are some characters or scenarios that can change this, for example if you happen to land during the combo (with assist extension for example) you get your 2 jump cancels back.
There's also Golden Frieza nonsense, I know he gets 2 airdashes in gold form, might be 2 jump cancels too but I dropped Frieza few days back, might test it out tomorrow.

Also I wanted to know if anyone has been labbing the 20 frames of input lag. I find it the best version of input lag out there imo. Even better then Tekken 7 input lag simulator because it feels so bloody heavy to to move or get out your inputs precisely.

I also find it perfect for practicing my combo's has it forces me to input every single button on command and as timely as possible without falling to anxiety of dropping my inputs and builds that muscle memory.

I'm absolutely loving this game if I only had more time to play.

I found one discord site. It's loaded with lots of delicious tech and resources to find out whatever you like. I think this is the common one everyone knows about.

Personally I hate discord with a passion but I still hop on it once in a while to look at new tech for Tekken and Fighting Layer EX so I hope this helps.
