I'm new to Bane, and was kinda curious if lvl 2 and 3 venom is reslly ever worth it?
The one hit of armour should be enough since most wake ups only hit once, and the damage difference isn't really that substantial.
The amount of matches I've watched of Bio and Grr pumping up to lvl 3 in a clutch situation, only to make the wrong read and go into debuff for what seems like an eternity and then lose, seems like it's not worth it?
I'm only new to him but this has been something I'm super curious on since I only do lvl1 venom, and the debuff is so short that any combo you start in debuff gets full damage anyways since you'll go back to normal during the time since it's so fast.

Looking for some info from some experienced Bane guys in here, @Wetdoba maybe?
Well there were many times where bio won because of the rediculous unclashable damage bane can do with lvl 3 venom and f2d gets really dangerous on lvl 3. but yeah it's only good when you're sure to get the win with it imo or the first life bar, other than that lvl 1 is the way to go.

Cant go into much detail atm but basically you want to base you venom usage off the kind of pressure you need to apply/options you need available, rather than basing your pressure off the the level of venom you are in. Basically if you dont need the armor then you dont need the venom, however sometines just being in venom and having the threat of armor is still good even if you dont plan to use it because it makes people hesitate.

D1 footsies ibto 11 jails, tick throws, b21 etc dont require venom to be effective, so you can generally pressure with these without venom or just in level 1 venom or debuff. When you start mixing in raw specials thats when you want the venom.

As a rule of thumb tho you should always be ready to go to level 3 to close out a round. Armored F2D options are cheap and can be abuse at level 3 because it is an armored anti airing overhead that breaks super armor and launches into unclashable damage. Also make sure that if you are going to level 3 you time it so that you winning the round right as level 3 expires to waste as much of your debuff time between rounds.

My venom usage also varies based on round 1 vs round 2. In round 1 i usually play it safe and spend most in levels 1 or 2 with a good level 3 run right at the end to close the round with meter usage being minimal so it can be saved for round 2. Round 2 im probably cycling through venom levels the entire time if possible just so you can get that unclashable damage. If they dont clash the first opportunity they can in round 2 then I try not to let them clash at all so B2 xx mb b3, f3 splat set up and more raw mb specials.

Venom usage also varies in different match ups obviously. Vs flash for instance just stay in level 1, you dont really need level 3 against him unless you have him in the corner and knocked down because the chance of him opening you up into a level 3 debuff slo mo combo is the last thing you want. Against someone lile Deadshot tho level 3 is your best friend because of the projectile immunity on charge and being in level 3 debuff is no big deal.
 
Whats the best way to get 3 million damage for the legendary planet? And is there glitch where i can duplicate epic gear or something?

A streamer named untiered got it in one day apparently. Don't know if getting in one day is true but he does have it. Doesn't look all the special so I'm not gonna waste my time trying to get it.

Don't really know where i should post this kind of question. I know Red hood is a pretty bad MU for bane. But how are you guys countering red hoods stupid wake ups. If he does his forward potato lunge move bane bomb won't work so i use mercenary elbow on a read. If i read the backward lunge i just mb roll and try to catch him in recovery. Are there better/safer options??? Thanks in advance

Don't really know where i should post this kind of question. I know Red hood is a pretty bad MU for bane. But how are you guys countering red hoods stupid wake ups. If he does his forward potato lunge move bane bomb won't work so i use mercenary elbow on a read. If i read the backward lunge i just mb roll and try to catch him in recovery. Are there better/safer options??? Thanks in advance
After bane bomb on hit or as an ender 113 will stuff forward lunge and then you can confirm into special of choice or do 112d options since it is not an invincible wake up. Stand 1 really is the only thing that beats this tho, nothing else is fast enough to meaty when only plus 4 after bane bomb on hit.

For back lunge you can do a microstep forward then d1 to catch it after invincible frames:


If he does the mb back dive and you have super you can also fuck the high shots then punish on recovery with raw super.

However you still basically just have to guess on whether hes going to forward or back lunge because the only things that cover both are point blank level 3 charge or level 3 f2 which are obviously unsafe non mix ups that require full trait and a read.

How's the bane v supergirl mu? Don't play bane but it doesn't seem that bad for bane considering his armor against supergirl s pressure. Might pick him up if he's close to winning the mu

Seems even to me. Supergirl has really solid neutral and the air dashes can be annoying but she can't use her breath gimmicks against bane and she is kinda fucked on knockdown. If u read a teleport when u are jumping a bodysplash will catch it too if i'm correct.

Alright one more question for the bane community, how does bane do vs black Adam? Seems like he could potentially lose but idk.
Since Adam has no wake up attacks worth a crap, Bane can chew him up pretty easily. Level 1 Venom is really all I use unless I get a massive hit confirm, because you don't need the armor the whole match, it just makes you even scarier. But to be fair, I can't even remember the last time I played a good Black Adam. Hopefully someone else can answer you better.

Alright one more question for the bane community, how does bane do vs black Adam? Seems like he could potentially lose but idk.
It is fine, try not to spend your venom while he is doing his extremely long combos, cause u may fall to be on debuff more than you should, and try to be as close as you can!

Bane vs Bladam is probably even now but I havent really played it offline so I still get clipped by dive kicks and lightning when I shouldnt.

Basically comes down to using D1 and D2 in footsies to beat out his F1 and abusing his lack of wake ups on knockdown. Orbs are still hella annoying tho

I just unlocked his double punch ability and wow.. do I miss it. It's better in every way than that piece of crap -30 overhead that has its animation recycled from raging charge MB.
