Yeah I am pretty sure its my stick, I am hearing like weird popping sounds coming from inside my stick and I know that cant't be good and inputs are sticking. The main problem is that it does not snap back to neutral which makes it really hard to dash from EWGF. I could buy a new stick but literally all my extra money is going to my new cpu, I wasnt even supposed to buy t7 but you know it happened lol.

Whats is normal damage for a bnb and what is considered high for non wall floor break combos?

I dunno yet, haven't payed much attention to Devil Jin, but I am pretty sure what all the max damage stuff is going to look like with Hei and Kaz.

Still not used to the rage art mechanic.
Just played a long set against a paul and would be winning get hit by his rage art and one big punch and im dead. I need to work on my punish for this because even when i blocked i wasnt sure what to do.

Get rid of that joystick man. You can simply replace the joystick inside of your arcade stick case. It costs about $25.00, compared to $150.00 to $225.00 if you replace the entire thing. It takes about 15-20 minutes max (or so I hear) with a simple screwdriver and maybe a wrench to make life easier. No soldering required...

I'm doing mine this weekend.

Yeah I know i have been putting it off for a long ass time. Literally all my extra money is going to my new cpu build and meager food. It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have to renew my license, plates and insurance all at once that really fucked my whole game plan up.

I do want a new stick though I am sick of looking at this one, the qanba obsidian so damn sexy its hard to resist. I will more then likely just replace the joystick though.

Wow. I can't believe I survived self-implosion. Played all last night until about 4am est, then fell asleep, woke up today at 8:15 am and started playing again. Not going to work, just playing all day lol. The grind is real.

So much to share, but will later on today. My only negative knock is the customization. How the customs downgrade every game since T5 is beyond me, especially in this day and age.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS GODLIKE.

Haha yeah for the most part gotta mix some strange in there also lol. Physically my body is destroyed from my youth so I can no longer do basically everything I used to enjoy. And I work nights so its pretty much just computer and video games and fishing lol.

Being old is balls as fuck.

OTGF is a launcher now, comboes into another one and bf2,3 and ender of your choice for 80+

The double electric into f2,3 into bf2,3 into cd4,4,4-ws4 is easy to do, no electrics required. I've noticed that the buffering window for inputs is way more lenient. FF2 doesn't recover for an eternity on hit like it did in TTT2. The new damage values conceal some stealth buffs and nerfs, might want to pay attention to those.

B3,3 only seems give a guaranteed db4/generic d4.

last hit of 1,2,4 sparks and is a CH launcher now.

I am kinda pissed there is only 3 stages right away, do I need to complete story mode to unlock the rest?

Edit. NVM I got all the stages. but I have a gimped training mode without CPU recording, maybe I haven't installed some patch yet?

As a lover of Soul Calibur, deep down, I will always always hate Tekken for petty bullshit reasons.

But man, this games pretty alright...

I ended up using the money I was going to spend on Playerstation plus to play I2 online to buy the PC version of Tekken. Probably one of the best decisions I have ever made.
One, in it's current state, I don't think I2 is for me, and two, I just fucking hate consoles, I just want to throw my ps4 in a dumpster where it belongs.

I forgot how overwhelming Tekken was compared to SC and VF, but hey, at least it gives me something to do and get better at.

All follow-ups to Heihachi's bf2-series can now be delayed. 2nd hit of d1,2 only gives a guaranteed deathfist on counterhit, the string itself is NCC.

Throw damage is the same but everything else is decreased, I guess it's to account for the fact that there are no tag mechanics this time.

I am already formulating day 1 strats. For example if you do a "staple" with Bryan from lets say orbital heel, you do this: iWS3, db2, f1, qcb2,4 then end the combo with bB4. Both you and your opponent are grounded so he is "baited" into coming in, but you choose to quick stand into fF2 to armor through whatever he throws out and you win the trade :D
