Come on dude, I would just be happy she made it in there at all. VIxen isn't exactly the most requested character so her chances of being DLC were slim at best. This is better than nothing and I appreciate that they're at least trying to include as many characters in the game as they can in any way that they can.

Neither Batgirl nor Zod were requested for the first game. But they still made it as DLC. I'm still not exactly sure how Batgirl made it, but it's obvious Zod was included as a Man Of Steel promotion. Vixen could have been included(in her own slot) to promote her animated web series which is in the same universe as the Arrowverse.
Batgirl made it I'm because she's a Batman character and one of DCS most recognizable females and Zod made it in due to movie promotion both are much bigger than a Web series that's came out a long while ago and a role on a team show (where it's technically not even her). I would havery prefered her as her own character as well but I can live with this. It's better than nothing.
So for everyone there is a separate shader for a premier skin! Why then Cyborg has two? (people say two different colors for Grid but it is obviously isn't the case)

It's probably because it's not unlocked. There's a video of John Stewart having two shaders. One that's the base shader that you see in he pictures and an alternate. They have to have two just in case you are fighting somebody with the same one.
He looks like the new 52 version just without the helmet.
I'm guessing there's story exclusive characters like in MKX. This is technically just Robin, but he will use Nightwing's moveset ported from the first game. That's just my guess.Wait, what?
