Enchantress is the best guess ive seen. You can even see her moon crown

Enchantress is the biggest guess since if you close up you can see a little "horns" which is most likely her moon symbol + her silhoette definitely matches that.

Yeah, I am definitely on board the it's Enchantress train at this point. It looks like they added the moon crown to her New 52 design, which is kind of blah IMO but if I can give her some classic gear (witch hat!!) I'm fine with it.

That said, I could also see it being Mera. I'm not giving up all hope lol

Now that Vixen can be ruled out due to her being a skin, the female is either Enchantress or Mera. I'm leaning more towards the former due to the claw like hands and the crown the character is clearly wearing.

I think this is the first NRS game where I got two characters I actually really wanted as playable...I have no words for how happy I am that Vixen made it in some capacity. Now I don't have to care or wonder who the DLC is anymore lol. Blue Beetle and Vixen <3.

I think the reason freeze doesn't have his helmet is because it would of been too tall to match captain cold's build.

You are correct -No they do not but i am glad she is at least in this game with her own voice and dialogue. Better than nothing for me. but i can understand your frustrations

Vixen being a premier skin is a huge waste of her potential. Her abilities warrant her having her own spot and there are plenty of other animal abilities she can mimic aside from wildcats.
