This so much. You read New 52 Swamp Thing it'll be a VERY different feel to Alan Moore's.

SOTST is written by Alan Moore, the best. No pre reading required. It's about the Swamp Things search for his identity and eventual acceptance of it while tussling with monsters, warlocks, Batman, and space travel. It checks all the boxes, 10/10.

Okay well with Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, the reason I personally love it so much is its analysis on what it means to be human, what humanity means. Just in general its look into the human condition. Along with that the art is great.

I know lol. I'm such a pathetic weirdo that when I was reading Snyder's Batman volume 1, I was anxious that i didn't have the other 9 literally in my house.. so from then on I'd just buy all of whatever I was gonna read from the get go. Lol
