I don't understand your arguement. You're saying Ki has copy paste characters and then you compared it to mk2. Didn't MK2 have the same ninja in like 4 different colors?I'm not. Here's why...
If you don't continue building on the lore of a series, then the world portrayed by it becomes stagnant. What if instead of new characters in MK2, we got Shadow Raiden and Evil Johnny Cage? How about in SF2 if we got Evil Ken, Ryu, Guile, and Chun Li instead of Cammy, Fei Long, T. Hawk, and Dee Jay? I don't like posing hypotheticals, but its the only way to illustrate the long term effects of lazy character models. The series needs new characters to progress its world. Its OK in the short term, but its a killer in the long term.

Since KI has changed developers, the creativity in their newer characters have fallen off significantly.

Raams a guest character and Mira is a new character. Not classics. But other then that yeaMaya, KanRa, Aganos, and Aria are some of the most creative characters I've seen.
In season 3 we got some interesting spints on old classics with Raam and Mira. And then we got more new stuff with Tusk, Gargos, and Eyedol.
Hell the three remix characters are even drastically different from the ones who spawn them Jago/Shago, Fulgore/Kilgore, Hisako/Shinsako.
I honestly can't see where you're getting the idea that IG has fallen off creatively.
The fact that Raam's a guest from Gears, takes the typical grapple archetype and is able to give it a cool spin, while translating what made Raam cool in Gears to a fighting game, is creative as hell.\

It seems you didn't read the replies to your previous complaint on guess breakersI know I've said it already but there is nothing in the history of fighting games that pisses me off more then being successfully random broken every. fucking. time. "Ok I'll just counterbreak! He always breaks my first linker!" Then they decide they won't break. I swear to god these people are psychic. I can't stand it. It's what made me delete the game before and I wouldn't be surprised if I did it again. It's just terrible luck on my part and there is nothing I hate more then losing because of luck.

Are talking about a combo or setup?What are you guys doing if you get a successful crossup swipe? My shot is inconsistent and timing seems to be strict for some things but I'm doing cr hp or f mp into l/m slice into a rekka then shadow dp. I'm still experimenting with it but I got 40%
