My guess is when she first enters the story she won't know what happened, side with Superman, then realize how nuts he has gone and side with Batman, so intros could represent different points on the story.
yeah I'm thinking along those lines as well...it would be so dumb if she just blindly followed superman no matter what he did...especially since she's new to everything
