My current Top 10 in Mortal Kombat XL

don't really agree with displacer, or jaqui, also i'd include BS shinnok up there because impostor is kinda gimped in certain matches where the move he steals is really bad, like in the takeda MU.

Why is Possessed top 10?

I haven't seen any reasons besides "Tweedy can't be doing well with a character that isn't busted".

Low demon is as if not more reactable than Scorpion's F4. His counterpoking is probably the worst in MKX with a D1 that gets low profiled and his fastest usable mid being 13 frames. He makes up for that in busted armor, but does that really make him top 10? Imo he's top 15 at most atm. It's not like anyone is gonna prove otherwise either. EVERY Kenshi signed up yesterday. Just because I make top 8, doesn't mean that the character is broke. Maybe i'm just good at the video game?

Heavy ping, if the other player doesn't know the match, etc, make the character stronger, but I don't feel like this is unique to Possessed. It's not like anyone in this community labs. Look at 90% of Hayatei's tournament runs since Canada Cup 2015. No one knows the Ronin match ups besides like the top 10-12 players at majors. Same goes for Possessed. Those people even tell me that the character is INCREDIBLY overrated.

Balanced imo is almost as good as Possessed.

Why is Possessed top 10?

I agree. The reason I asked is cause everyone has Possessed in their top 10 at the moment and I figured him to be in line with that.

For the record, since it apparently means a lot to you, I think you are a very good player and are not carried by your character.

Displacer is bustedddd

He has plus 2 staggers that lead into combo and insane mobility in this variation. He's almost one of those characters that make you wonder why you're still playing the game.

Displacer has great damage, 50/50's and restands. His damage out put is soo broken, I don't see why this character isn't being used btw.

You don't agree with Jacqui? Safe launchers, plus and insaneeeee staggers, best 50/50's in game. (Safe Btw) Incredible zoning, 3% Damage nerf, female hitbox, great anti airs, every string except 2 are safe, 8 frame mid, stanky leg, hard to blockables, cornrows.

I do think that Ethereal Mileena and Possessed get a bit better online, more so than other characters.

It could have something to do with match up inexperience and playing in over 130 ping all the time.

But most of the time I think people just see me winning and think "ah that must be the new Alien character".

I think most people who play online could not be fucked to lab so that is perhaps mostly why these 2 seem to be better online. The ping too.

Those cornrows need to be nerfed. They are too strong in the meta and break the game... Paulo pls nerf
