General/Other - Jason Voorhees Jason's d1 - stupid or not?

I guess I play Necromancer now.. PSN: ArmedCalf
-4 to me at the very least makes you think a little bit more. I mean if people are coming at you with highs then you can get away with the whole double poke mind game but if people have decent mids then his poke shouldn't be a huge problem. Definitely not what people should be talking about lol, let's talk about how Jason can put a buff on, hit you with a +7 OH and then make you make a hard read. MMMM MMMM MMMMMMMMM I love this character

I can confirm this. The way Calf uses f3 as a pressure tool actually fucking sucks. This shit makes me so salty. The fact that it has almost no recovery on whiff is gross too. Oh, you thought you could punish my +7 OH mistimed meaty? Get checked by this 6f d1 into more f3 pressure.

-4 on block is -4 on block, regardless of block-stun. Additional block-stun just means that you have to wait longer before you can press a button, but you will still be -4.
Right but you are not at +4 anymore since you gotta wait for release block stun.

Bottom line is that you have to wait 4 less frames than Jason does before you can do anything, putting you at plus 4. If Jason has to wait 16 frames before he can move, you only have to wait 12. The Block Advantage number in the pause menu takes all of that into account.
