Kotals blood sacrifice buff isn't waisted on attacks that are blocked (ie: the 3 buffed attacks are only applied to the next 3 attacks that hit)

Look at what everyone else did man, it's not THAT restrictive.You gave so many restrictions that pretty much the only change you can make is making something that costs meter meterless and changing how something hits like instead of something being a low it is an overhead.
