@super mario my man, take a look at these. Don't binge watch these - this ain't netflix. This is tutorials. And your goal here is to be a sponge and suck up all of the information from these videos and be a conscious learner when you're in a match or training mode.
Basic fundamentals. Even if you know what's in this video, please watch it anyway because there might be a nugget of information that helps you learn and it's always good to reinforce the foundation that all of your fighting game knowledge will be based upon.
The following videos I'm linking are a 3-part series from the same guy, Gootecks. They all focus on specfic parts of the game. The game in its simplest form. Offence and defence - with the additional video on throws specifically because that's something that is quite important and needs extra attention so that you're very aware of what happens in a real match.
Take your time and don't feel stupid if you need to rewatch it. Chances are you'll miss a lot if you only watch it once.
