Final Form of SonicFox was revealed and my God was it crazy.
The true final challenge of MKX...Sonic Fox so serious he tosses aside the hat and is using Alien.
I've never seen him pushed so far before. That is by FAR the most difficult fight I've ever seen Sonicfox face.

Top 8 was so disappointing. 3 Aliens 3 Mileenas and 2 Sonyas. (

Did I miss something? What were the other Mileenas and Sonyas besides Scar and Foxy? And Foxy didn't even place top 8.

If Tekken Master had baited the armor a little better for full combos, or punished the MB Flips he did block, we might have seen a different outcome.

Regardless, it was a very enjoyable Top 8.

The announcement was the EVO pot bonus. People kept saying it was something else but that's all it really ever was.

Huge props to Tekken Master but I kind of wished he would've stuck with War God, Blood God having no wakeups is just a killer against some characters.

Props to Fox as well though for finishing it out once again. Props to all the top 8 placers actually, was a great top 8.

Was there for Tekken Master taking 3rd at Hypespotting in Glasgow, absolutely incredible to see him take 2nd at EVO and be on the verge of the whole thing only 3 months later. Huge props, and also to @Big D for breaking that top 8 barrier and putting on an Ermac exhibition! Always awesome to watch, and the pop-offs were God tier this year

That's just what you get with fighting games, the balancing will never be absolutely perfect. Unlike shooter games like halo where it's a completely even playing field, when money is involved people will do whatever they can to win.

Other than the alien pick, it was a great tournament. Sonic still the goat even with that alien pick
