nuckledu placed twice. To my knowledge Chris G has never place top 8 in a CPT event. the closest he has been , Justin Wong beat him in top 16. Chris Played Cammy and Laura- i believe against wong's Karin

POOR, Poor, Poor RASHID, and Karin should praise Justin Wong for his numerous placements otherwise she would be lower than Bison. The ken trinity and Momochi have helped propelled Ken to the top spot. UK players and wolfkrone have boosted Laura higher than expected beating popular characters Ryu,Cammy and R Mika. Finally for Chun Li being universally thought of as the best character one would assume she would show more dominance at CPT tourneys.

Actually a pretty dope insight in to the FGC. Ken and Necalli pop up and there's so much representation for them. Chun-Li is considered top 3 but only few have made her work. Even the little beef with Valmaster(?) and he got knocked out of that same tourney. Not saying anything about tiers but that chart is a good look in how character selection works in the early stages of a game. Simple and powerful characters are dominating right now. But 6 months later, who knows? A bison could be in every top 8. A new Zangief player comes through and burst the scene wide open. Nevermind the incoming patches that'll shape character picks too.

There is 3 that I know of and they are Bison (this just happened to me), Necalli and Laura (I think that is her V Skill though)

Necalli definitely does. But the hit level of a crush counter doesn't matter, since you'd have to be pressing buttons to get countered.

Anyways, Ibuki is delayed until story mode at end of June.

yeah you're right, but why does it matter? If any of those would crush you all the others would too since you have to not be blocking to get crushed.
