Cassie is my new main, been using her for like a week or so now. Funny thing is I didn't even know it was possible to cancel on the last hit of the string b212d2+1 almost thru the whole video. Found out while I was on the brawler variation, and said ehh no point in going back to change my midscreen combos. But you can b212d2+1cancel on d2+1 run cancel for 212 B12 and whatever ender your variation has.

I found an optimized corner punish combo for Cassie. 44% meterless from 242 starter. I think this is easier to time than the corner F33. Check out this video (sorry for horrile quality)

Input: 242, 3, 121, 21u4, 21u4, 123 flip, run in 33 flip, B1 flip
If you replace 33 flip with another 123 flip, then you can only end with B1 (flip will whiff) but the damage is still 44%
@SonicFox5000 check out this combo it does 1% more than yours

You can do 2 123 flips after!
I know this combo but in tournament i find it easy to drop

I've been trying it for an hour in the lab on sub-zero (as in your video) and also cannot land the third hit of 212. I imagine it has more to do w/ the run buffering than the 212 timing. Are you buffering "FF" right after she lands her first foot then hitting block when she's upright or "BLK" before she's finished the flipkick?
