Does anybody focus on strategy & leveling up anymore? I'd bet any top play would body more than half of us with the so called "bottom 5".
Try this: You spend a bar to get a combo, second hit who is supposed to be guaranteed after the first one connects sometimes will be randomly blocked after the first one connects.
Sometimes you spend a bar to win a trade, your character gets stucked in the ground after you win a trade.
You launch someone on a right read, you won't get a combo because the juggle float most of the time is way too low, its a hard read to combo from your main launcher even on a right read.
Your pressure setup is never guaranteed and is ALWAYS super minus on block, so most of the time you can't use it
You lose 80% of your tool set every time you place a setup, including your defensive options
if you place your setup in any other direction that is not in between your opponent, you can't combo
part of your tool set is useless
The setup that should protect you for jump ins, doesn't protect your for jump ins
The trajectory of most of your traps doesn't protect you or can't even be used as traps because the trajectory is useless
your tool set is said to hit mid, but whiffs on mostly every character crouching, or crouching blocking up close
your main pressure tool is punishable by anyone with a 7f reversal so in those MU you can't even pressure, specially on mirrors
Now how would you focus on strategy and leveling up when part of your character doesn't even work properly inside the game?
I said it before, anyone that thinks they can do better with Hat Trick, pick the character and go play people that knows all these and see how it goes.
