Triborg is looking awesome, and that fatality was totally unexpected, I still don't know what to make out of that lol But cool, gonna play this kharacter a lot!

The prices for MKXL. Let's say the game is $40

$60 for everything so $20 for dlc.
If you have the game already $25 for dlc.
If you have kp1 as well as the game you'll spend $20 to upgrade but you've already purchased kp1 so roughly $45 for dlc.

My question is why are loyal players being punished? It's like destiny again except you don't need a loan from the bank for MKX.

ESL was extremely hype yesterday and between to the LoL NA LCS, Playoff Football, and this I was glued to my seat.

Wow at the designs of Sektor, Cyrax and Robo Smoke especially. They sound great... They look great... And they even play great. Sektor looked extremely flashy with his new Missile setups. Cyrax, despite losing the unblockable bomb still does raw damage and has oki tools for sustained pressure even after his combos are done.

Smoke retains his special moves from MK9, but also is given some new bells and whistles with new normals to keep the opponent on their toes and seems very punish oriented. The fact he can teleport easily on screen via a string, play mindgames with his opponent will be key to his neutral. I loved they went and gave him his spears back but made them look distinctly different. Smoke bombs too!? Oh man, it really is like playing UMK3 all over again, but with no glitch jabs!

Cyber-Subby! I would of never thought they would put him in but it's great there is a bonus character for fans of the series.

This, along with a new netcode makes me extremely excited for a new year of MKX. Even the special edition and it's packages IMO are extremely well priced and I like they went and considered fans who already have KP1, or solely have MKX. 20 bucks for DLC is not bad at all, even if some kostume packs are there we wouldn't usually like. The Pit looked great, and it's nice it became a free DLC stage with it's own fatality again.

yeah, ex flame throwers seems very plus and I assume straight rocket is safe because he ended a blockstring with it

with the drone out, his specials do something extra. He used freeze with it out and it ticked the opponents health down. It got destroyed after he used the special.

So at the end of the kombat kast they used cyber Sub-Zero (maybe it's the option when you pick variationless? he used ice powers so he's different and the variation was named instead of variationless)... just when we thought we got rid of that one and could act like he never happened... apparently this means Tri-Borg is really to cyborgs what Chameleon was to ninjas, it also means he's from this reality cancelling the rumors about him coming from the previous one, he probably has access to all the planned designs for cyborgs even Smoke that wasn't captured and that's how he changes himself?

Since his reveal I've pretty much felt that TriBorg was the Chameleon of the MKX era.

In saying that, I like that theory of yours. It suits the canon because the biggest issue I had with was Robo Smoke being a variation.

I'm still not sure I like the name "Triborg" and would have prefered separate characters and variations for Sekor, Cyrax and Smoke rather than spending the time on guest characters like Leatherface or Alien. But thats a small thing, the main thing is the design and gameplay genuinely does look superb.
