Oh god, the worst part is I can so see myself coming back and staying up late on thursday to play fighting games in NY. That is until SFV gets released and I can actually play online.

Does anyone have a spare 360 remote I could use to play UMvC3?

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been away at SCR. Just want to give some quick updates.

#1: Yes, everything about fraud city will be contained.

#2: I'm THINKING about making these tournaments 3/5 all the way through. But I am unsure as to how it will get received. I guess as we go on I'll see.

#3: I apologize that I'm hardly able to get casuals in with people. I'm working hard to just run the event and compete as well. As I see it growing I'm going to step down from entering and just commentate and play casuals. Hopefully we can see 20s-30s at some point soon.

I REALLY need to play offline. I'm trading or even worse in a mirror match when my opponent is -10.

I'm getting to this thing no matter what.

That's the sole reason I can't play online. I refuse to block Scorpion's teleport and be unable to punish it lol. Once I played locally I couldn't go back online anymore. -.-

Also I want to make mention of 1 thing I forgot to remind people of. MARVEL IS BIWEEKLY! Which means there is NO MARVEL this week because we had it last week.

3/5 would be cool on days where we don't have a big crowd, but if we have say, over 15 people 3/5 for the entire tourney might be too much maybe?

Also you're holding it down well so far man. Keep it up!

1 Last Update before tomorrow

Marvel has been added to the line up. Although it is intended to be a biweekly. For now with the unknown status of the House of Chaos (Which would have been hosting marvel on the week where we only host MKX) we will be taking over.

So far I have @KHAOTIC iDante1 bringing his PS4. I'll just need 1 more. If anyone can do so, let me know.

I'll be there before 7:00. Bifuteki will be there as well as he is streaming.

So I'm not the only one! People have been blowing me up and telling me I'm just bad and online can't possibly be that bad because I couldn't punish Scorpion's teleport online :(

But back to the question I was going to ask lol: How many people do you have turning up for MK usually/now?

Haha yea the online definitely messes the timing. So many times people get away with bs. I can't take it lol.

The first week we had like 20 and last week we had like 12. Something like that lol. I think it'll settle down around the middle somewhere.

Damn that's awesome! We get about 8 on average here lol. Do you do a weekly bracket kinda thing or just play casuals?

Yup I get too salty with online lol. Block Erron's bs 211 string and make a good read that tackle is coming so I NJ for a full combo punish, but wait, it "didn't register in time" so I get tackled and pressured!!! Lololol no way. Never again.

Nice. Yea if we can maintain a 12-15 amount I'll be pretty happy. Everyone uses different characters from each other too which is a huge plus, Almost everyone has a different main. We open it up at 6, Coach and I usually get there about 6:30. We set up casuals from opening up until around 8:30 which is when the tourney starts. Coach does the brackets and we play 2/3, and 3/5 for Losers, Winners, and Grand Finals. Then after tourney we run some more casuals.

Nice. You get a lot of games in then! That's wassup. We need to find a way to get Injustice going. That was the game right there! I still miss it.

Yea the stream Coach just gave is where it's at. Over here we've had 4 setups for MKX, and then a dedicated one to the stream. So you'll get both a dose of casuals and the tourney when viewing the stream. Some really good play going on. I would probably stay until I fall asleep trying to get games but the parking gets too rough uptown so I have to leave by 11 lol.

There should be someone at a booth to that can give you a ticket along with direction, if not, there is a machine at every station that produces tickets. DO NOT buy them on the train itself unless it's an emergency because they charge like $7 extra or more sometimes.
