The only reason people came back to life was because Raiden traded their souls to Quan Chi and he resurrected them. Now that Quan Chi is dead I don't think any dead people will be coming back, because as far as we know the only people that can resurrect the dead that are still alive are the Elder Gods.

In the old timeline, Johnny Cage and Mileena and Baraka came back from the dead like, several times.

Ed Boon has not so subtly teased a second Kombat Pack announcement for tomorrow, featuring 4 new characters on his Twitter page! This also comes on the heels of an "Encore". What could it be? WHO could it be? Be sure to follow him to stay up on other major MKX announcements.

I feel we see their backs, and for me 2nd is Sindel I see hair growing up, 3rd baraka for sure, 4th Rain and 1st looks more like a ninja like enenra but his hand closes looks like Fujin ones

Shang Tsung is being saved for MKXI, pretty clearly. It'd be bizarre for him to be in MKX as DLC when his return is in so many of the ladder endings.

They said that? All I heard was people saying "please NRS give us Netcode" louder and louder the past month, and their response was "Here is some more DLC to buy".

From left to right:

Probably Baraka, but hoping for Noob. No offense to Baraka fans, but I think the ninja would have more interesting variations.

Probably Sindel or Frost. The hair seems deliberately obfuscated, and they have distinctive enough hairstyles to want them obfuscated. That said, it's ambiguous enough that I'm hoping for Mavado. Yeah, he's dead in the comics, but versus mode isn't in line with the story anyway.

Almost certainly a cyborg. Yeah, versus mode isn't in line with the story, but I suspect that since Sektor is dead it'll be Cyrax, with variations to cover the others.

Definitely looks like Bo' Rai Cho. I want to say it's Rain, with shadows and a cape masking him, but that's a stretch.

It seems like Rain isn't happening. I thought he was a shoo-in, but I have a theory:
Maybe one of the cyborg variations is a "Rain" variation?

Unlikely, but Hydro's been requested here and there for a while. Maybe Rain was a challenge to work variations around, so they gussied up his movelist, made him a variation for the cyborg and called it Hydro? That could maybe cover more ground with the other characters, since then there'd at least be a Rain?

Can't wait for this to be debunked in a matter of hours

Whilst i REALLY want Noob, and we could all be looking to much into to but if the image is indeed a black out representation of the characters to come the far left its not Noob, its Smoke, Noob got redesigned to have a hoodie and that look was very well received by the community and media they wouldnt just toss that design out the window to give him his old ninja look back... Its Smoke, After Smoke i seriously have no clue who that is =S But could be Sindel in a very weird angle... after that character its def a Cyborg, most likely Cyrax, and then its Bo Rai Cho...

This & This, obviously. For a while now I've had a really borko theory on Sindel being lined up for inclusion, but it's a bit of a far-reaching stretch. If she is announced though, I'll likely smugly reveal it as a "A-HA! I knew all along, and here's why.."

Jesting aside, I'm incredibly hopeful she'll be there, and just happy that's there's more dudes/dudettes on the way at all. Good stuff.

Instead of adding fat drunk character that puke on the arena, give us a better netcode!
It's a shame that SFV beta has a 10x better netcode that it's still in developement.
I love the game, but I'm really tired to see my character stuck in glue when I fight someone online.

Guys, fixing the netcode would take years to fix. By the time they do fix it, they should have made another game from scratch. It is as much ingrained in the engine as Raiden's superman and Bo' at this point.

Well, it's likely. I'm impressed at the amount of requests for Rain, his design was so badass in story and Mr. Boon kept hinting over and over again. As I said before, the characters who must be in this pack are Sindel, Baraka and Rain because c'mon, you play against these characters in story mode, too many requests for them and you could even play with them through mod on PC. But I can understand if Rain doesn't make it because he was DLC in MK9, so...

Yea but if you played MK9 you would realize that their moveset is a complete copy/paste from MK9. It wasn't like Tanya who had a few moves of her own.

on another note, im hype for new characters. id like Shang Tsung, Smoke, Noob with combos(lolMK9) , Fujin seems cool, Sindel was great in mk9, Baraka, but if they do make him, make him good, badass combos, not a mk9 version. Cyrax/Cybersmoke/cyberSUBzero

Fixing the netcode is a longer process than creating new DLC and DLC gives money. To pay the programmers during the longer period of time that takes fixing the netcode they need the money generated by the DLC.
