I really don't like tier lists, but I'm glad y'all decided to do it by variations, which is how it should be done.

I really can only speak on Shinnok's behalf, and I agree with where y'all put him in all variations.

I do not agree with hellfire and especially inferno being better than ninjitsu. If anything inferno should be on the low tier end.

Ninjitsu Scorpion is doesn't have a lot of tools at current state of the game .. so he's weak now

Middle eastern players bring beef to europe, europe gotta defend!
They were talking alot before, and lost, with just a solitary PND member to defend the turf.

Tekken master wasnt an underdog, he was just a middle eastern player, which I'm sure none of TYM follow, but after playing him I respect his skill, but dont fear it.

Dont forget I'm the most travelled MK player so far. I've played everybody (the best of each region) except the Aussies.
I have good reason to trust my judgement of skill from region to region.

Also, I don't wear my flag for a gimmick, I wear it for the UK, who I never want to let down.
Just as much as the Americans probably wouldnt have wanted me to win EVO, I'm sure the euros dont want a player from the Middle east to win on their turf.

Although, I'm sure the middle eastern players havent really had their chance, they need to send their army I guess. Isnt everyone from Saudi Arabia really rich, why dont you sponsor the entire ME scene?

Seriously though, every time xazeez makes a thread, he always plays up his boy tekken master. Which kinda sets him up for failure, if/when he doesnt win.

I'm Hyping Tekken Master because He brings the HYPE ... at the EU Cup he brought it with his Excellent Heavy Weapon Jax.

Tekken Master is from Bahrain .. not Suadi Arabia.

     Scoot Magee Honestly I think Ninjitsu really is his best variation in most match ups. Scorpion struggles when dealing with pressure outside of his 6 frame d1 due to lack of good armor. Ninjistu imo helps negate that weakness with the great range of f2, b2, NJP and d4 together. His space control becomes a lot more threatening and it's really not so easy for people to get in on him.
     
     As for opening people up, you can only eat so many throws before you have to do something. Throws do decent damage so after 2 or 3 land it really adds up. If you manage to land a few grabs and then counter hit with a f2 that's going to add up to 70% damage. Landing grabs really isn't that hard either because people will respect f2. The fact that his combos end with a standing reset is huge as well. People will not want to eat that extra 12% at the end of a combo and Scorpion has a ton of ways to exploit that. You can follow up a teleport with 114, st1, st4, grab and b121. If you mix that up with for example st1 walk back and f2, st 1 grab, st 1 b121, st4 f2 and etc it becomes pretty hard to deal with. Not to mention after a block b121 you have the threat of a yolo EX teleport that will punish them if they try to retaliate.
     
     I really try to go in too much detail when explaining the mixup situation after a teleport lol. Honestly though I think Ninjitsu is very good after they gave it the damage buff. I think it really outclasses hellfire in most situations. Hellfire can build some good meter, can be tricky with FBC shenanigans, flame and deal nice damage but I think the neutral game is more important for Scorpion and Ninjitsu takes that department.

As for the list, I agree with some and disagree with others. As a jax player I can say that I think wrestler jax is waaaaay too low. In fact, it could be his best variation. I play heavy weapons and I think we get away with a lot of stuff that we won't get away with in the future. I mean his cancels on block are all minus enough for almost everyone to poke out of. Hw is still fantastic though.

I doubt that they have a player for every character, let alone every variation so I'm assuming some are placed based on info/experimenting.

Yes we are that bad or that's what we want them to think before we start taking majors by storm haha

Though I love Mileena on the low tier because she is really difficult to use. People like to rank her higher because of Saltface's EVO run but that was more of great reads by him than Mileena. If Shinnok is considered the most brain dead player than Mileena is the polar opposite.

I really enjoy using Mileena though I hate piercing. Ethereal is by far her best variation, imo.
