Its in Kenshi favor. She has no viable wake ups, her zoning isn't really a threat and with those "t-rex" reach arms she can't do much if you position yourself correctly. Plus almost anything she does is unsafe.

You cannot reflect multi hitting projectile. Which isn't really a problem in this MU.

You can actually, it will do 3% less damage though as she won't be able to fire the last 2 bullets as she's hit by the reflected 2, if she ex's the cannon won't come out either wasting a bar. You can't reflect on reaction though it starts up too fast. Also if you're ducking her guns and she exs you will reflect the cannon (also not on reaction so you have to commit to the reflect).

Incorrect, her up rockets are +11, her low rocket is also safe and most of her strings/normals are either neutral or plus but at the very least safe. It's just her specials that aren't variation specific that are unsafe.
So far I only use it as wake up, ex db1, j2, run f32, tele slam or tele toss for 27%.
Actually, you're right, dunno why i always thought it was not reflect able (was it from the beginning thou? Or they changed that later down the road?). Thou i still think it's a mistake to try reflect it. Since you're committing to reflect which will screw you if you miss. So its way better to just duck it. Althou on hard read time to time, why not.
Never seen any Jacqui player wake with up rocket or low rocket. Is it practical in any way? And obviously i didn't mean her normals. She still have t-rex arm reach and her wake-ups (not variation specific like you said) sucks pretty badly. Also im pretty sure she has some weird hitbox problems which leads to some whiffed moves on certain occasion. Overall there is no doubt in my mind that this MU is still in Kenshi favor.
It's always been like as far as I know. Yeah I wouldn't try to reflect it unless you catch a pattern from who you play against.
Oh no her wakeup game is still ass, I was just saying up and low rockets are safe lol. Her normals are ASS. Her hitbox problems got fixed in one of the last patches

Pretty good. Althou that Tanya player clearly didn't know youre -53 on whiffed TKS nor that he can actually run on reaction under TKS and punish you hard.
You can EX Reflect(Absorb) the Dragon Fire EX + MB Fire Balls.
For a long time u can reflect multi hitting projectile. And exReflect can absorb multi hitting projectile. For example jax's exProjectile
